Lashun is the worst waiter! He didn’t even said hi or anything, it wasn’t busy and we sat there for almost 20min and never came to our table for even the drinks and I had to get up to ask for attention. We ended up walking away. Please if you don’t like your job just quit, customer service is not for you. Corporate should look into this.

If anyone viewed my post on any experiences with business and services knows that I give the most accurate response as possible so here as well I leave my honest experience. I joined to separate occasions into one experience which I give a 4/10 rating. My first visit for take out I had to wait a bit longer which I didn't mind but after receiving my food I found the grits lumpy and cold and the rest of the food was if it was prep cook and serve room temperature but busy morning I understand. My second visit same order now the grits wasn't lumpy but room temperature. The eggs was cook to exact order but room temperature. My complaint was with the waffle, it was cold and it texture was like it was made from a couple day of waffle mixture yuck ! Finally the final disappointment was my sausages was burnt as if deep fried and taken out too late and the cook probably juster 😏and plated it anyway. Lastly on both occasions the overall food was served too cold for breakfast, I have had cold cereal that gave off more warmth. Now I have had some excellent serve breakfast at other waffle houses but not this location.

Absolutely great quick breakfast location with an absolutely professional server that made the ideal food suggestions and kept my cup of Decaf coffee full during my entire visit.
Only wish that Waffle House would decide to expand down into South Texas!
