Ordered a sausage egg & cheese grit bowl. Got charged an extra .50c for eggs but they forgot to put the eggs with my grit bowl. They made sure i had a HEEPING amount of grits tho! Terrible smh

I love this Waffle House normally but tonight we bout 5 meals to go and got 2 Pecan waffles and that’s not what we ordered. I guess people were new or whatever… sadly nobody eats pecans and it’s late, we’re hungry so we just threw the waffles away and wasted money! You can’t call to complain either !

Went in around 4p.m. workers were conversating among themselves. Service could have been a lot better. Don't expect a tip if you're not going to work for it. Update: Oct. 10th We went in seated ourselves. Waitress was right on time. The food was delicious and the service was good. Thank you.
Kid-friendliness: Good menu for kids who love breakfast
After placing an online order 30 minutes ahead before picking up, my order wasn't ready when I arrived and my ticket was printed on the counter and not acknowledged. After two employees ignored that my online order wasn't ready, Ms. Kanesha asked me what was my order and stepped in to get my order to the cooks. Good job to Ms. Kanesha.
The hospitality was fantastic and generous. Erica was attentive and very pleasant. The servers are the face and personality of the company, and management should always give them credit for that. They welcomed me upon walking in. The cooks (I think his name is barney) took pride in his preparation. So far I have always been pleased with waffle house.
