Went at 9 AM on a Saturday and it was very busy with lots of customers, but the service and food were great. We had to wait a little while for seating but not a very long time. Not too loud and everyone seemed to be having a good time.
Went in around 4p.m. workers were conversating among themselves. Service could have been a lot better. Don't expect a tip if you're not going to work for it.

We went in seated ourselves. Waitress was right on time. The food was delicious and the service was good. Thank you.

The hospitality was fantastic and generous. Erica was attentive and very pleasant. The servers are the face and personality of the company, and management should always give them credit for that.
They welcomed me upon walking in. The cooks (I think his name is barney) took pride in his preparation. So far I have always been pleased with waffle house.
