Service was pretty slow due to the workers conversing but what is a work place without chatter. Just wished it wouldn’t have happened for so long to get serviced and all Wendy’s floors are so sticky it think it’s just a franchise thing 😭.

I was the first customer of the morning. I ask to wait to order so they can sit up their register. Then was asked to pull up so my food can be brought to me. Eventually waited for15 minutes JUST TO RECEIVE COLD FOOD AND RUDE SERVICE. SO SICK OF RETURNING FOOD AND CALLING ABOUT THIS.

Didn't have a chance to try the food was waiting in the Drive-Thru nobody wanted to take my order, every time I try to eat at this Wendy's I'm faced the same issue still have not eaten here. I guess employees are just getting paid to sit there and stare at the hamburgers.

I came through the drive thru and ordered. The person on the speaker was so nice!! I get to the window and spoke with Jermaine. Such a well mannered young man. I learned that he had been working there for about a year. Whoever raised this kind person, must be blessed ♥️ Thank you Jermaine!

First, of all if I could give a no star I would. You have to wait in the drive thru 10 minutes or more before someone takes your order and the workers are RUDE. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO THIS LOCATION.

I showed up about 8:15am coming off the highway to grab some morning breakfast. I usually enjoy the number one combo, so I decided to come by Wendy's. Upon arriving, I pulled into the drive through and waited to be given the go ahead to order.

The guy on the speaker told me to go ahead with my order. As I started to tell him what I wanted, it was clear he was having a conversation with someone else as it came over the speaker pretty clearly. He then asked me a second time to go ahead with my order, so I repeated my order again. The overall tone of the guy felt like I was rushed, and very rude. He asked me multiple times before I was even done speaking, if that was all. I ordered a large number one combo with an extra sandwich, and I barely had time to finish saying that before being asked " so I guess you don't want a drink?". I had ordered a combo, so i assumed a drink was part of it??

I was a little confused, and it definitely came off as rude, but I leaned out the window and started to say what I wanted to drink, yet they repeated the question again, very much with an attitude and rudeness that I wasn't expecting.

Ultimately, I ended up just driving down the street and getting something right from bojangles, which wasn't really what I wanted, but was way better than dealing with such a rude and unexpected interaction. I still definitely enjoy wendy's breakfast, but I don't think I'll be stopping by this location for awhile.

I ordered online and to be delivered. Estimated delivery time 20 minutes, actual delivery time ( 1 ) HOUR. Burgers ( 6 ) SUPPOSE to have sweet onion, pickle, mustard, and ketchup, had nothing but meat and bun. Completely nothing to but fraud. It has been 10 days since I posted this. It took 10 days to even acknowledge the problem and to blame it on the delivery service instead of admitting their incompetence. The delivery service had nothing at all to do with Wendy's idiots.
