Worst wendys ever and the sad part is it’s brand new and the closest to my house. Drink machine is always down and slow service. Been sitting at the speaker 10 min and still no one acknowledge your even there. At what point do they change from a public service to a public nuisance!! Again bad management!!

I came here yesterday to get a frosty and some fries. The lady on the mic in the drive through line had the stankiest attitude i’ve ever encountered in fast food. I drove off because i was so mad. If you don’t like your job serving customers, THEN QUIT.
Sign on the door says lobby open till 10pm, I tried the door at 8:30 pm, it is locked.

Ordered the 4 for 4 and started eating my nuggets first they were good and hot. Next I started eating my fries they were hot and good until I found hair wrapped around 2 of my fries. So I said ok let me check my burger before I eat it....ok that was hair free so I took a bite and the burger had a horrible smell so I know my meat was sour and old. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS WENDY'S AGAIN!!!

Come late from work, go sit at this slow drive thru and on top to be ask a what do you want? after sitting on the speaker like forever saying hello not more than once, Is that a memphis thing to be rude here at drive thrus or is just coincidence that a night they just not in a mood to work or even talk right.

Drove up for a mobile order pulled around like I was told. When I got to the window they told me to back behind a pole so I couldn’t see into the kitchen I guess so I wouldn’t notice they were drinking drinks in the kitchen. Afterwards they tell me to pull up gave me the food ask for me to pay for the food again while never actually looking at me just into the distance

Their management is consistently horrible. Nasty attitudes, very rude, and the food is cold. This place fell off very quick do to hiring unqualified individuals who lack customer service and leadership skills yet putting them in manager roles. Do better.
My daughter ordered food through door dash and she got a chicken sandwich meal instead of the double stack meal she ordered.

Drive thru person very rude. Drove up after car in front moved. Sat for about 3 minutes for response to order. Finally lady said well l am waiting. She never said anything before. Also heard her say same rude response to driver behind me. When l received my meal she sure seemed like she hated this Job.....

Ordered a chicken wrap came home to eat and it the worst thing ever. Lettuce was wilted and no cheese . This is the only thing I order. I will not go back to the one in Hornlake on Goodman. Rude girl at the window.
