Went to the drive through. The whole staff were very rude. They had no coke products and no kids toys. I ordered 2 happy meals, chicken and hamburger and was given only 1 bag. I asked for the other happy meal and the manager rudely made me show the bag and said the burger was in with the nuggets. But i had only 1 fry and had to ask for another to at least complete the meal. And the fries were very greasy and chicken very dry. Worst experience ever at a Wendys. Will not go back to this one!!

Stood at the register for literally 20 minutes waiting to get my order taken while hearing the manager tell the lady not to ring up my order bc they had to get some orders off the screen first. Watched 4 customers walk out bc of the wait and then while eating I saw another old man stand at the register (empty restaurant, just me eating and him at the register) for 15 minutes before he decided to leave. Out of chocolate frosty, out of 70% of drinks in the machine, out of ketchup cups, and restaurant dirty. The only folks working hard were the burger guys.

When we reached to the order, we telling him after we order the first meal we telling him once second he said I don’t have one second we are about to close he being too rude. It’s 11 and they close at 12 and as a customer we have the right to ask for one second.

These people clearly didn’t care about their job. They couldn’t be bothered to make our food right. It was made so sloppy, and they didn’t make it right either. This is why fast food these days are a joke.

Some of the workers here are so rude and do not need to work with the public. I saw an employee unplug the timer in the drive thru several times because they were taking so long with orders. The drive thru worker was very snappy when I ask a question and just close the window. I guess that was him ending the conversation. I won’t even talk about the food because I have seen other reviews discussing it and they are right. I do not recommend spending your money here.

Every time I come to this location there’s no line but they always want you to back up behind the yellow pole!! It’s ridiculous!!! That’s why I stopped coming, guess I’ll continue to go to the location in front in target in Hornlake.. And then when they have you doing all this nonsense they don’t say sorry have a nice day or anything they just look at you and close the window!!

Food was cold and service was slow as if we weren't even standing there. Mgr. was present and she glanced at us twice, but she acted as if she was busy messing with some refrigerator sauces. Really that's more important than assisting customers.
