Idk what’s in the water in Horn Lake. Every single fast food joint takes 30-45 min to get your food. Wendy’s, McDonalds, Whataburger, etc.

I really enjoyed myself here. I ordered ahead and my food was ready when we got there. I have a family of 6, so you can imagine that It wasn't the cheapest option if you're on a budget. Nevertheless, I spent almost $50, and I do believe it was worth it because my fries were cold and the employee fixed new ones. My burger was without bacon and cold they didn't argue with me they simply fixed me a fresh burger. They make you feel comfortable and relaxed here. Although some of the employees that were off were acting up a little bit but the manager put them in check and told the if your off either sit-down and wait for your ride or go outside with all the loudness and foolishness because I have customers be respectful. I loved that he took ownership and showed leadership. Overall, it was a great place and experience.

Manager Issac Payne was loud, rude, and extremely unprofessional!!!! He lied on me and his two of his workers. I Ordered my food at 10:55am and was told it would be ready until about 12. I asked for a refund and he got smart. I asked for his name and he jumped up and down, then snatched his jacket open like superman so I could see his name tag. He was immature, arrogant and very nonchalant. This was by far my worst experience at any whataburger.

I am legit ecstatic that finally there is a Whataburger near my house. Their burgers and shakes are without a doubt probably some of the best out there. They also have salads, with the Cobb salad being the best one. Whataburger is worth the money.

I ordered a single meat whataburger meal with everything on it except for ketchup and when I got my order the burger meat was thin and small but had 5 big chunks of lettuce about the size of pineapple chunks as if it was cut from the core of the lettuce the meat was dry and they piled the onions on there instead of spreading it out and left the mayo off never again and yes this is the one in Horn Lake

Eating here is a gamble. They may make your food delicious or they may not. It's about 50/50 if the order is right no matter how many times you are asked to repeat it. The staff is friendly for sure.
