I visited on Saturday, August 16 and had a great experience! The staff was friendly, service was quick, and my food came out hot, fresh, and delicious. The restaurant was clean and welcoming—overall a solid 5/5 visit.

We went in around lunch time. The dining room was empty but we took the food to go. The girl behind the counter spoke so softly I could hardly hear her. She entered an extra meal that we didn't order. The guy who brought the food out was borderline rude as he basically shoved the bags at us and walked away without a word. Then when we got it home an entire meal was missing and 2 others were wrong, not to mention the fries were so old it was chewing gum.

Fast and friendly service on 7/11/25. Ordered meals for my girls that wanted Zaxby's since we were in the area. Placed the order with no problems and received the order quickly. Upon leaving Renicka C came to the window and greeted me with the biggest smile.
Such a breath of fresh air to see and receive such upstanding service. That goes a long way in customer service because other restaurants I have experienced bad customer service 9 times out of 10. It all depends on the employee because everyone is not the same.
My girls enjoyed their food as always. Fresh, hot, and the order was correct. Thanks for such a warm and welcoming experience on yesterday Renicka, your a rockstar!
