Just wanted to let you know you have a bunch of incompetent people working at your Indianola MS, location. My wife and I ordered a 10 box of your chicken with a side of Cole slaw and mashed potatoes and gravy! They weren’t busy we were the only one at your drive thru window. When we got home we did not have any Cole slaw and your chicken had to have been cook at lunch. It was uneatable I tried to feed some to my Pom dog and she would not eat it. To make matters worse out of 10 pieces of chicken 5 were wings. So that is what we paid almost 30 dollars for. WE WILL NEVER EAT AT JACKS AGAIN! Sure makes Popeyes and kfc sound great. But rest assured I do everything possible to advertise for your location social media all my friends and any other way I can. IM RETIRED AND THAT IS ALL I HAVE TO DO!!!

See my review of dinner below this review. I had to up my review to 5 ⭐️ after we stopped in this morning for breakfast. First the team at the restaurant was just as friendly as the night shift was last night. The night shift hyped the breakfast up and the morning shift delivered! That Deluxe Breakfast for a mere $5.99 was a TON of food. Not only was it quantity but it was quality. We could have easily split that deluxe and both be more than satisfied. The grits were creamy, buttery and perfectly cooked. The biscuit was melt in your mouth, so tasty. The gravy was well seasoned and they didn’t skimp on the sausage. Huge portion of hash browns. I foolishly ordered 2 breakfast wraps and I couldn’t finish wrap #2, I was so full. The wraps were loaded with sausage! Way better than other fast food places.
We popped in tonight and received great service! Food was hot and fresh. They even dropped a fresh fry order without us even asking. All the people working were engaging while we waited, which btw we didn't mind a bit for the fresh food. They even told us about their breakfast deals which, dang! what a great value. We come to Indianola often for family and let me tell ya, a good breakfast is difficult to find in town unless you want straight up fast food. Jacks deluxe breakfast is $5.99 and they serve you a real down home breakfast.

I had a large mobile order. When I got there, the only food they had ready was biscuits. When they finally decided to help me, they said I'd have to wait for my order. I had to wait about 15 minutes for the chicken to get done before they dropped my strips. In all, I waited about 25 minutes for food and got no apologies. They do not care about customers at all. If anything, I felt like I was a bother to them.

They were out of 3 different ice creams. They were out of napkins. I went for the " Go Large" on my meal. I always check my food before I pull out of the parking lot. There was a medium fry in the bag. Most other places Go Large means Large drink AND Large fry. Go Large at Jack's means Large Drink only. They told me I would've had to tell them I wanted a Large fry.

This is the sorriest excuse for a chicken restaurant. Every time I come they have no chicken cooked. You have to wait 30 to 40 minutes to get anything. They need better management and staff. I don't go right before close either. At 6:30 or 7:00 pm you get told are you going to wait on those tenders or we don't have any thighs or breast and "ain't cooking no mo". In those exact words. Just ridiculous.
