Today 15 Apr 2024 apx 1:45pm at the Indianola MS location. The female worker at the front counter nasty bad attitude, very poor customer service. Asked for supervisors to make him aware of the situation. He has the same nasty reaction. So I just asked for my money back. Why spend my dollars at this place with bad customer service when I can go elsewhere.

Please reframe from going to KFC/ Taco Bell in Indianola, MS. I'm not sure if the Health Department has been out recently but with all do respect if you value your body and life certain things that are going on at this location are not sanitary or Servsafe food safety regulations.

If this is the Kentucky fried Chicken in indianola Mississippi I will not go there and eat ever again. The men's bathroom was filthy in I can hardly imagine how their employees clean their hands after they use the toilet because there's no soap or paper towels.

The staff and food was on point for feeding our football team of 80+ just before closing (we were a little later than expected after winning ). I would like to thank Anthony, Barbara, Star, Big Country, Marquita, Jariah, Kearia, the ENTIRE night shift for having the food fresh and hot even after the fact! I would give 10 stars if it was available! Thanks guys?

I went to the drive thru window, it was slow, I had to pull to the side to wait on my food , it took about 10 to 12 minutes to get my food

If I could give 0 stars I would. Went there on 3/6/22 around 8pm. Everyother thing I ordered they said not available from main meals, sides, and drinks. We still ended up making a order after found what was available. 2 soft tacos, 2 piece dark mashed potatos and 3 piece spicy crispy dark Mac and cheese extra biscuit. We paid got a bag of food and 2 drinks I asked for the other 2 and she asked what drinks. She walked away came back later asked what we were waiting on I told her. She closed the window and screamed. Thru drink lids and her headset. Gave us 2 drinks and we left. 1 of the tacos wernt rolled at all given 3 piece white instead. No extra biscuit. We were so fed up it was worth going back for a 20$ refund
