I haven't been there since November 20th, 2010 until today, the same year where the company didn't run in my hometown Belzoni, MS anymore. Today, I met again and ordered a Garlic Bacon Cheeseburger with cheese sticks and fries. The burger that I have never tried before tastes really good.
Everything was just as I expected it to be. Customer service was great. I loved it. I really enjoyed the #2 combo. They fixed it just like I asked them to. Kiddos Sonic Drive in Indianola, Ms. Great job. I will be back soon.

Nine times out of ten their card readers don't work, but for the past several weeks they only take cash. I don't know what's going on with this place. The one time I had cash, the lady asked if I could get the cash as close to the total as I could because they didn't have change. Ok . . . Well, . . . I guess I have to go somewhere else : (

I just left this sonic with no food because when I got there and hit the red button, I was asked to come back in, "like... uh.... 10 minutes. We're backed up and can't take anymore orders."To have been so backed up, there were quite a few parking spaces open. This was right in the middle of lunch time.

I’ve made multiple trips to this location and have been disappointed every time. From getting orders wrong to almost begging for tips and “keeping” change. I called out the order twice , double checked on the screen …… and the order still comes out wrong. I just kept it, not worth the hassle of even trying or going back anymore. Invest in customer service and train your employees. Consider this a last profit from me and no need for a response.
