Last night I came to 4th Avenue for my birthday, bought a section $350 paid $50 extra to pick a section and when I got there the section I picked was taken. When we got to the section they gave us, we sat there for 40 + minutes waiting for service.. I had to go up to 4 different people to remind them about us when they kept walking right past us. They didn’t bring the bottle or the birthday sign until I was gone looking for someone who could provide our service and it was MY birthday. Our server was completely obliterated drunk and was getting shots poured into her mouth right next to us while we had absolutely nothing to drink, not even water. Then they didn’t bring the complementary champagne until 12 when they were closing. I liked 4th avenue and came last year for my birthday and had so much fun but since then it seems like the service has completely tanked. I was shooting a music video and then the bottle didn’t come on time, the sign, the champagne we didn’t even get water. It got to the point where the section next to us was handing out shots to us because they saw what was happening too. The server didn’t once come up to me at all, my girl had to go to her to tell her what we wanted. We wanted food and to purchase more bottles but as I said we were never even greeted. It was my birthday and it felt super embarrassing. It felt like our server had more fun then us. The night before I went to 4th trying to go in and pay for a section and 2 females got hit by a car and nearly got shot right outside the front door and then we couldn’t walk in because everyone started running and fighting. I need my money back or some type of compensation or I won’t be returning , because as I stated before I enjoy 4th avenue but last nights experience and the chaos the night before made me never want to come back.

I paid $300 for what was advertised as a guest suite, only to show up and be told I’d been moved outside under a tent because they were “over capacity.” That’s not what I paid for, and it’s absolutely false advertising. I confirmed with staff beforehand that this was supposed to be an indoor suite, not an outdoor setup.
What made it worse is that when I arrived — on time, before 11 PM as instructed — the club was not packed. There was plenty of open space that could’ve easily accommodated the section I paid for, yet they still sat my group at a tiny two-person table shoved behind another section.
The entrance was unorganized, chaotic, and the security staff were rude — yelling at guests instead of managing the situation. With only one entrance and exit, it felt unsafe for the crowd they allowed inside.
To add to the inconsistency, I was told they “couldn’t bring out full bottles” due to code violations, yet I watched multiple other tables being served Don Julio bottles right in front of me. Meanwhile, my liquor was brought out in a flask — completely unprofessional, inconsistent, and disrespectful.
The overall environment has turned extremely ratchet — fights, disorganization, and a generally unsafe, uncomfortable vibe.
The manager did try to help, but the experience was already ruined. Between the false advertising, poor service, lack of consistency, and the club’s downhill atmosphere, I wouldn’t recommend booking here at all. It’s not worth the money or the frustration.

My server was Jasmine and she was very tentative and provided recommendations for drinks. The atmosphere of this place is amazing and I always enjoy the Dj’s selection of music.

if i could give it no stars i would. this restaurant charged me double $60 in cash and $60 on my card for 3 long islands. be aware when going here because you will get scammed and for them to act like they were going to call me back and never did is crazy. the only reason i didn’t think of the double charge is because my payment was still pending as if it was be refunded. as an attorney, i will be filing a claim in court against them as this isn’t the first time this has happened.

Its my first time visiting 4th Avenue this past weekend, it's very upscale environment. Good drinks and food. The server by the name of Anicia, was so nice and very attentive and has a magnetic personality. She provided extraordinary service and if there is one thing that make me go back to a place is the quality of customer service.
