Food was good. I got a double cheeseburger with fries. My son got a chef salad with honey mustard dressing. The salad I think was $11.45 but he was charged an extra $1.90 for the salad dressing. I thought that was odd. We've never been charged for salad dressing when ordering a salad. So if you plan to dine there, you may want to grab a bottle of salad dressing at dollar tree before you go. I like that they sell canned cokes as an option. The music was OK but was too loud, so didn't care for the atmosphere. If we buy there again, we will probably get carry out.

Their food is affordable and delicious. The dining area is clean but the bathroom needed cleaning up.

They dont need to be in our neighborhood. No issues at other locations, only 4832 Hwy 18 in Jackson. There is always a problem with the orders due to poor communication/understanding. No refund once you pay, even when they mess up. Customer is always wrong. Their policy is take it or leave it...but you no getting any refund. This has happened Several times no matter who is working. I wont be back.

No point of calling in order of they not gonna prepare it until you arrive. Literally got my food after the person in front of me ordered on the spot and they got they food before me and had more food. Ellis Ave location is better.
They are rude. Orders are messed up by them and you have to argue with them for a refund or to redo you food.

Went on Monday night around 5pm. Friendly staff welcomed us & took our order. FYI - All drinks including water are $2 ea (free refills)& sauces are extra- ranch, honey mustard, etc. but they are a decent size. We both got Combo #12- burger, wings & fries for $12.99 ea. Food was fresh & hot served in to go clamshell but we stayed and ate at the restaurant. There were TVs with sports playing. We would try it again.
