Web sight stated that they were open and we went to two different locations and they both were closed and this was at lunchtime. One was inside with other business inside the same building so we used their restroom inside the building and one toilet was so full of tissue and wouldn't flush, paper all over the floor, just nasty, told the workers beside Back Yard Burgers and the two young ladies both said they were not cleaning it up especially if it overflows. This was in Jackson Mississippi.Not sure if Back Yard Burgers closed their business down but if so they need to update their website.
My cobbler was burnt really bad, and they still served it.

I usually don’t leave reviews but this one is definitely deserved. Extremely rude as soon as you get to the intercom for no reason. Food is trash at this location.
No onions no waffle fries n water on drinks due to boil water alert. It was our anniversary big dinner sat. We wanted this tonight dissatisfied
I received two burgers that were not cooked properly. Both were rare and pink inside.
I’ve been going to backyard burger for almost 3 months now every time I’ve been there I’ve only seen two employees which I believe is the manager in a young lady who is the cashier so sweet & always kind in patient with nice nail .
Used to be a fan of this franchise. Been to this location twice, and the burger was cold. There was no line, so should be making them fresh. Won’t be back.

Great experience, clean restaurant, and helpful staff!I had family in town and needed to feed them on New Year's Day. This location was perfect; quick response in drive thru, multiple cars came and went. Food was hot and good!
Worst place ever. They had the nerve to charge a surcharge on top of taxes. Never again.
