First time going there and had the pig ear slider one was hot the other was mild. The hot is hot like very hot , but the mild was better but they both were delicious. Also had the tamales and they were good as well. I will most definitely be back.
We stopped by to try the pig ear slider.. we ended up getting one of each just to see how they tasted.. we also purchased the tamales.. the sliders were good.. the service was excellent.. it is definitely historic..

I have never had smoked pig ear sandwiches. They are quite delicious. They definitely grow on you. I like the hot ones. The setting and table were actually very clean.
