Had a taste for fried MS raised farm fresh catfish and was sadly disappointed. The menu clearly state Swai China raised catfish which raised the first alarm BUT I DECIDED to MUSTER THROUGH, because quite simply I wanted some FRIED CATFISH!!! Wait time after placing the order was LOONNNGGGG!!!! Ordering process was somewhat complicated but the guy made it easy and fun....but back to the food....it was decent but I won't be returning...the fish was soft and not the best...the shrimps were fried to perfection but the batter was lacking... the best part of the meal was the fries... I've had better.... it's a 3 and that's rating it in the higher end

I would like to address a concern regarding the service I received during my recent visit. The quality of service appeared to vary based on the staff member present. Additionally, there is a sign indicating that spicy lemon pepper is available; however, when I requested it, there seemed to be a lack of acknowledgment regarding its availability. If this item is no longer offered, I suggest removing the sign to ensure accurate representation of the menu.

While I appreciate the convenience of the drive-thru service, I believe there is a significant need for improvement in customer service. As a result, I am hesitant to return to a restaurant where I have experienced such challenges. Thank you for considering this feedback.

The fish and fries are so good that you wouldn't want to stop eating

The manager on Sunday March 9th was one of rudest person I have met in a while, but I would be rude too if I had to stay in there more than picking up an order

The food was good. Fish a little over cooked but it wasn't bad. Good prices

I went thru their drive thru and great customer service and professional staff but it's very heavy traffic their but you may have to wait for a least 5-10 minutes but their foods are great and hot and ready to eat. 🙂👍🏾💯

I've had mixed experiences at this location, but overall, I prefer it over the Lynch Street one. The space here is more spacious and feels cleaner, which makes for a more pleasant dining environment. The food is consistently good, and I've never had to wait an excessively long time for my order, which is a plus.

Service can vary; it's generally decent, but occasionally, the staff can be a bit rude. It's not something that happens every time, but it's worth noting. While my experience might not reflect everyone's, if you're looking for good food and a cleaner atmosphere, I'd recommend giving this place a try.

I ordered 3 piece catfish. I'm not sure what it was, but it didn't taste like catfish. It was horrible. I understand now why they use the sauce. It's to cover up the fact that the food has no flavor. The fries didn't even have any taste or seasoning. I will never eat from here again. I was very disappointed.

My first visit to this location was extremely disappointing. The chicken was hard and lacked the lemon pepper seasoning I ordered. The fries were cold and far from fresh. To top it off, the man at the window was rude and had a smart mouth, which made the experience even worse. This will definitely be my last time visiting this location.

I initially called to ask if the fish was fried in Chicken grease as I don't eat meat. They said it's not so I came by. Now, I've been told that before by places so I didn't order right away. I waited to watch and see where things were being fried. In the meantime if waiting, the short Latino looking guy with the ponytail. He proceeds to eat his food at the same station the fresh fish was just pulled up at. Then, without washing his hands, walks over and puts gloves on while still in full chewing mode. I was indeed, ready to order as I saw the fish was being pulled from the last fryer, just like the guy at the counter said. But, eating around people food, not washing hands. That is unsanitary. And absolutely unacceptable. If a inspector were to walk in and see that... And I could've very well been 1! If the man at the counter is they concerned about his business as he said, he should definitely have his employees eat in the back and wash their hands before fixing food. Gloves can bust while serving and boom, saliva and such is now on someone's plate or in their food. Nice place, clean environment. The 2 guys that said something to me, were pleasant. I may come back another time and try the food when the unsanitary man isn't here. It did actually look like it might be really good. Very busy place.

Went here for the first time as a customer usually go when working for DoorDash, needless to say I am not impressed. The price is pretty standard to any other restaurant and the guy who took my order was very friendly. Now the food was less than desired we order catfish but I’m not real sure it was catfish. It was more cafeteria grade. The fish was rubbery and had no flavor this is not authentic southern catfish. These are frozen and thawed pieces of fish and not fresh. Everyone keeps talking about the wings but I don’t think I want to try this place again. The fruit punch and peach punch are very very sweet but that maybe just right for someone else. Go at your own risk.
