We were passing through on the way to New Orleans and we're pretty hungry because we'd been on the road for about 7 hours. I saw this online and it was kind of on the way so we decided to give it a try. It's in a bit of a rougher side of town which we didn't realize once we made the trek off the highway but that was fine. The prices online must have been really old because they were significantly different then the prices that were marked on the Drive-In menu boards. We ordered meals for five separate people which took a while to make as should be expected as this is all made to order. When we got our drinks however, we only got four out of the five drinks and it was impossible to catch the waitress as she just kept running by our car. When we finally caught her she actually argued with a saying that she had brought all the drinks and we had to physically show her the drink tray with only four drinks in it. We were definitely out of place and on the wrong side of town but we decided to stay and eat our meals before getting back on the road. Bumpers is kind of like a Sonic but with extra added goodies which I thought looked very appealing, but I would have to say that most of the food was pretty bland with no salt. I won't be stopping here again, but hopefully this helps others as they trek across the country looking for something quick to grab to eat.

I go to bumpers in laurel constantly but baby jackson did not let me down at all the server was very nice and kind and the food was fresh. Just wish the fries had salt/seasoning on them

Purchased a salad and some tenders. Lettuce was brown and tenders were cold. It’ll be awhile before I come back to this location. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

The chocolate milk shake tasted like plain ole chocolate milk with ice. Not the traditional chocolate ice cream milk shake— A waste of my $4.59
My food was horrible. My tenders were fried hard and my fries wasn’t done so I couldn’t eat it. I never will eat at this location ever again!! I wasted money.
I received the worst service there ever , they don’t pay attention or listen to what the customer’s saying . Then they gave me some sad excuse of why they couldn’t give me a receipt. I don’t live on that side of town so what my order wasn’t fresh and I couldn’t give any info from a receipt I didn’t receive to a manager or corporate??

This Bumpers is trifling. I have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and each time they prove to me that they are just careless. I’m always finding hair in my food… ewww. It’s gotten to a point where I need to say hold the hair at the end of my order because I feel like it’s not safe to get food from here anymore.
