I have a gift card number that they gave me an they don't want to put the number in they computer then when they finally did it didn't work she didn't want to make sure she put it in the computer right or anything she just said it didn't work an got a attitude an closed the window with a rude look on her face when I was trying to give her my card so I just left the way that this restaurant is ran is redeiculess everyone including the manager has a attitude an don't want to assist with nothing it's a complete shame how people treat you with no respect an you trying to spend your money that you have to work so hard to get they don't have any kind of training or anything no more I use to love going to Burger King but now in the last past year I don't go so much I be just let my crowns expire an everything it's not the place to go anymore I'm glad they put a Jack's on hwy 80 I go there now they smile and they served my food with a smile on their face and are willing to help if there is a problem I'm glad there is someplace that you can go and spend your money without having to deal with a attitude when I use this money on this gift card Burger King can loose me as a customer

Ordered 2 burgers no pickles. We received the burgers plain only meat and bread ... And when I try to call to get the situation fixed no one answers the phone. I swear if people hate their jobs they just need to quit instead of making people's lives hell

They had a hire event September 10 I went and 3 other people we all got hired the lady said they hire us and would sent our paper work the next 2 hours we never got ANY paper work I WALK up there 5 time asking about this job all they did was tell me that they was waiting on their boss and it been multiple times I have walk in and the employee laughed at me cause I ketp comeing back asking for a job I’m un able to get in touch with any manger from this store or the GYM the store very unprofessional long as I work at fast food we never had to wait on paper work today is now the 14 th of September still have not yet received a start date or anything they did not even try to call the day they hire us to tell us that they were not sending any paper work like it’s all just a mess !!! Up there
