My Mom loves the Impossible Whopper while I am a fan of the classic. We enjoy it so much, we usually get two!
The food is fresh, the service is prompt, and the dining area and bathrooms are clean.
They have a great team at this location. My cashier said she's been here for five years and enjoys it. It shows.

Customer Service rep ask me to back up auto from window after I paid . No reason given . She was definitely not an employee you want to put out front to rep your business. Staff need more customer support training. I would not recommend going to this particular restaurant. It is a 1 out of 10 . A student would provide better customer service than the present staff .

My friend ordered to Whopper Jr combos they gave him the burger an the drink an took forever an a day, both my friend got older than Methuselah waiting them old Canton Rd. Burger King. Service was deplorable, their customer service could have been a whole lot better.they had a serious attitude.

Bad service, they're racist, they say they only accept drive-thru orders, but non-Hispanic people come in and are served at tables. My advice if you're Hispanic, don't go to this place. Also, the employee there wouldn't let us use the bathroom with my son.

Waited for around 10 minutes to order when I was the only person in the lobby. 4 people working with one on break and two people just hanging out .. ridiculous

When I can't get a simple cup of coffee without an issue it's a problem. Customer service horrible from the manger on duty in a hurry to gossip to her co worker before making sure the ONE customer youre servicing is taken care of and then want to withhold coffee creamer because you're about to run out until the next truck order? Wow!

Awful awful awful experience with burger king on old canton mart omg manager just standing around yy other crew members work and when they make an mistake on my order she got a stank attitude when your workers the one made my food wrong and i asked for it to be right and fresh wasnt even that had to pull down for you to just put extra on a sandwich when yall chargered me for extra topping or you coulve gave a side of topping since it was a charge but yes very rude bad attitude if you dont like where you work and manage then dont apply from the beginning.. its bad for service..!(Not sure with manager but Saturday night they know who worked at 5 tonight so let them figure it whats next.

I came through the drive thru got my food asked for jelly they were out fine I have some at home but to get home and my food cold blows
All five stars.. I ordered 4 double cheeseburgers on the app this evening! Everything was fresh and hot! Ruby the shift manager on duty took very well care of me! My burgers were fresh and hot , even when I got home! Nice clean store
