Stay away from the onion rings. They just minc the onion and give you one or two pieces minced onion and the rest of it is all batter. I'll never order onion rings from BK again.

I don’t even know where to start. I feel like I’m on punk’d. I walked in no greeting, I placed my order and noticed she keyed the wrong thing in and she proceeds to tell me I didn’t say the right thing when I clearly said a number 5 but she keyed in a number 6. She had an attitude behind that and chose to walk away while another lady took my order. I went through all of that to receive piss poor food. Everything was stale including the onion rings. The burger meat was warm but not fresh. The drink area was disgusting as well

I walked in the Canton mart BK with a "good morning," as the woman at the counter walked away to chat and laugh with two other women in the back.Then, after four minutes of standing there, I said,"really?.."and, one of the other women came from behind the counter, but she walked outside, and pulled out a cigarette.So I stood there and watched the few minutes I had to get something to eat before work disappear, and decided that, next time, I will make my own croissandwich, which I did.!Im not sure what they were thinking, but unskilled labor tends to be of a low quality, so it isnt such a surprise to see the lack of integrity exercised by those who match the demographic.It is just a sad reality that some people arent even fit for the bottom, nor to earn 8$/hour while being trusted to operate SOMEONE ELSES business.Does the bar get much lower than that..?Parking: The parking lot was very attentive and professional.

Sat for 20 minutes waiting on an order with nobody in the drive thru for 4 biscuits!!! Got solicited repeatedly by homeless while sitting before going in and getting it myself. This place is terrible
I feel like u shouldn’t have people who don’t know how to act in front of customers at this restaurant , they where cussing and loud and yelling and just had a nasty

Sunday afternoon. We were the only folks in the drive though line. They told us to pull around and wait. After waiting over 20 minutes I finally went inside. They had no idea that we were waiting. And had no plans to bring us any food. Almost 30 minutes later. We left with 3 kids meals. Will not be returning.

Stopped by around 6.15 pm. The place was not busy, in fact there was no body else in the lobby. That should have been a warning sign! I got #1 from the menu. Paid for it. 8 or 10 minutes later I get my burger in a bag so I take it and go . Get to where I am going, open it up and realize it was not made fresh. The wrapper had a dried up cheese stuck to it. There is no telling how long ago that burger was made. It was luke warm at best. So I threw it away and made a mental note to never stop by there again. While in a restaurant waiting for my food some homeless man was panhandling for money, asking me to help him to get back to Texas. What? Texas? Anyway, poor quality food in a bad part of town. I recommend avoiding this place at all costs!

Not only is this the best looking burger I've ever received from a fast food joint, it's as big as hand! They were super quick and really friendly. I was beyond satisfied here.

This is night and day from the McDonald's we went to the other day. Their restaurant was nasty this one is clean. The people working here are attentive and helpful. This is a much better experience
