Capitol Grill

First time dining at Capitol Grill. I have heard great things, so we wanted to give it a try. We ordered the Alligater Jalapeño Bites and did not like them at all. I usually like gator, but this was just not enjoyable, at least for me and my wife. Our main course we ordered the ribeye, garlic mashed potatoes, and a side salad. Side salad was great. It was on spring mix and our server gave us options to customize our salad aside from how it is normally fixed. The steak looked good, but was considerably thin for a 12 oz ribeye. Being that thin caused problems with proper cook temperature throughout the steak, but the it still tasted fine. Not in my top 10 of steaks, but definitely not the worst I have had. The garlic mashed potatoes were good. All in all, we enjoyed our visit. The server was excellent and took great care of us. We will return but try other food items next time.

It's such a vibe. I didn't get to stay long. I was on a football spring game trip with my kids high school. It's a must, even if you just pass through.

The drinks are expensive, free to get in, good vibes and great music until dj leaves@1am. After that no music which sucks, unless you play off the box in the grill. Good food I've heard, great crowd when adults over 25 are in their.

Parking: Good bit of space unless it's packed, then you might have to walk from around corner not far though.

Capital Grille always gives a good time. Be it from the drinks, the people, the karaoke to the DJ! My burger was delicious, but it could have used a little bit more seasoning. I'll definitely be back!

This resturant is smaller than One Eleven, across the lobby of the Capitol Hotel. When my husband and I walked in, there was a group of nine or so standing at the bar and very loud. We were seated very close to them. I felt sorry for the staff but I was very glad when they left. I ordered a glass of pinot and we ordered the Fireballs for an appitizer. The wine tasted very fresh and the fire balls looked very appitizing but I've had an upset stomach because of those duds; it's been 23hrs. I also ordered the Salmon and my husband ordered the steak. The steak was delicious, probably the best steak I've had in a very long time. I wasn't a huge fan of the salmon, it wasn't anything special. The dessert and coffee were nice but the banana pudding had been made and put in the freezer I think, again, not my favorite. However, the coffee being an Americano was actually quite nice. The place gave off a relaxing yet dim vibe, and the service was fantatstic. I would go back but order something else entirely. I wouldn't be able to eat and entire steak by myself. I do perfer One Eleven Across the lobby, however.

Bar grill. The loaded fries - YES SIR, the Philly cheese steak - needs to be bigger . The pink passion - you best get it every time - and the Parmesan garlic wings , don’t get anything else if you are going for wings - the environment is so chill

I'd never been here before, but best believe I'm coming back. Their drinks are not watered down or cheap tasting. The food came out way sooner than expected and our waitress had the best attitude. I wish I'd gotten her name so I could shout her out. The DJ was live too. I didn't know if I wanted to eat or dance or both. Lol.
