First time visiting, Everything was good until I got charge for an extra drink I didn't have. Didn't bother by going through hassle of refund.

am a first time customer. If first impressions are last impressions, then the experience would be very unpleasant. I'm so disappointed because I've heard only great things about the establishment. I placed an online order(order #04BA9801), and it was a salad with chicken and shrimp(8), at 8:20. The estimated pickup time to be8:35. My mom picks it up, but notice it is made wrong, so she sends it back to be remade. She waited an additional 35-40 minutes, while employees walked past her. She calls me, and say I'm still at this place because they made it wrong, and that was 30 mins ago and still no one has helped. hear the lady at the bar ask my mom what she was waiting on, and she tells her. She goes to back, comes right out with it. One. it is 4 shrimp on that salad; it's suppose to be 8. It is on the receipt. Two, the shrimp and chicken was cold, that was fresh at first. There was nnot any steam on the inside. Then I called the store several times, last night. I didn't get one answer, so even if I could have, I wouldn't have driven way back over there, for god knows how long of a wait it would have been. Since then, I have tried to other forms of contact, which seems to have failed also. To say the least, the service, on the to go order, was horrible.

Passing through on our trip to Alabama, we were really hungry but we were too early for food as they did not open the kitchen until 5pm. So we had a couple of drinks. The bartender was so nice, the whole experience was great!!

Horrible service. No customer service, automated phone service for take out. Google says kitchen closes at 12 on Sunday, automated system says closes at 12 Sunday. Placed 40$ order; waited over 30 minutes for the bar person to tell me the kitchen closes at 11 not 12 after I already mentioned at 11 upon walking in that I was picking up a take out order. Zero stars this establishment sucks

I went to Capitol Grill and decided to order a ribeye steak meal. Wanted the steak to be cooked medium well for my wife. Checked my order made sure everything was in there before I left. I didn't cut the steak to check and see how it was cooked. Took it to my wife for her lunch. She sent me pictures and was disappointed. I ended up reaching out on Facebook to the owner. Lance replied instantly and took accountability for the actions. Gave me a full refund and apology!! Also provided the next meal on him. I appreciate good service and I thank him. I will definitely return back to Capitol Grill for the hospitality!! I received my full refund for my steak plus my drinks I had. If you ever have a problem, go to Lance and let him know the situation. Without an attitude and from what I see he will make it right. Thank you again!!

Strong drinks ? giant wings but they are very very bland ?. The chicken tenders are giant but tasty ? Left tipsy and hungry because I couldn’t eat the unseasoned wings.
Excellent hospitable service in a grown and sexy atmosphere. The food is good how ever, the chicken tenders and onion rings could use some work. Other than that, this is definitely a go to

Got bamboozled. Was looking for Capital Grille. Ended up here. Was delicious... albeit not what I was expecting. Service was quick and friendly! There is not any brunch here and no breakfast. But it's a great sports bar with a sophisticated menu.
