The lines seem to stretch on forever, and the wait can feel like an eternity! To top it off, the cashiers’ attitudes can sometimes leave much to be desired. If only they could enhance their customer service and make the wait feel a bit more bearable, I bet complaints would plummet. A little effort in these areas could transform the experience for everyone involved!

It's been almost two weeks since going to this one but, I have to say it's the best captain d's I've ever been to. The young man behind the counter was incredible he was handling the counter, drive thru and get food to tables with a great smile the whole time. You don't see to many employees working so hard. He's going places. He had a very unique name and it was lunch time.
