I guess it was just close to closing time, so the food wasn't fresh and I could tell the food wasn't drained well. I'm not complaining, im just being honest. Next time, I will get there earlier in the day to give a better review.

I ordered 2 4 pieces fish with Fried fries corn and hushpuppies. The fried and hush puppies were old. The fry was hard. The hush puppies was hard.

I went to Captain D's to order lobster rolls and gumbo, but they didn't have that. So I ordered the lobster bisque and the lobster bites, which came with a side and a piece of fish. I waited in line for 20 min only to get home to a piece of fish that was soggy from the green beans juice that were spilled all over my plate. There was no lobster bites in sight. The lobster bisque wasn't even filled halfway and for the price of it I needed that bowl to be full to the top. I called the store and no one picked up. So I took the chance to drive back 10 minutes before closing. Got to the speaker and no one answered so I drove to the window. The employee came to the drive through window and I explained the situation. They gave me 5 small overcooked lobster bites and said that's all that they could do. No apologies for the inconvenience or mishap. The manager never came to ask about the mishap. No offer to fix the situation at all. I give this visit a 0. The employees had an I don't care attitude, was very nonchalant, and was clearly ready and packed to go. If they put as much effort into getting the orders correct the first time as they do with the quickness of clocking out, this location will be much better. This was a complete waste of time, money, and gas. Sorry excuse and really make the Captain D's franchise look bad! This location needs a lot more training for the managers and the employees. I'm dissatisfied, disappointed, frustrated, irritated, and annoyed about the whole situation. Corporate needs to fix this ASAP

My food was cold and re dropped in the grease their was flys all around the tables where ridiculous the employees where sweet but the food awful service good the employees look unhappy and underpaid

If I could no stars I absolutely would. This was the worst Captain D's we have ever been to. Took over 20 minutes to get our food [ we were the only ones inside and would have an occasional person in the drive through]. Our whole order was wrong my son ordered chicken and got fish. Stuff crab was cold inside. Our food was so greasy with oil dripping off and making pools in the Styrofoam. Food was a waste of money. Inside dining I'm not sure when the last time someone actually cleaned it. Food, napkins, trash everywhere, floors to slippery and gross you could see your foot print; maybe this was grease I'm not sure. Girl managing drive through and in person orders was more worried about her phone. Captain Ds over the years has steadily got worse and worse.

I haven't been to CAP D's in a long time. The fish sandwich was really good and the service was fast. The sides were a little skimpy. My next visit will be sooner than later.

My experience was horrible, I don’t eat captain d’s often but today I was feeling jazzy and went to spend over $25 . The food was greasy and over cooked . Fries were cold and soggy and the order took over 30 minutes to prepare. I work too hard for me to be wasting my time and money . The workers were unprofessional and rude . It’s just so frustrating and unfair to customers like me .0/10 . Won’t ever try this location again .then the lobby was dirty and the restroom stank . They had a busted out window with wood nailed up against the window, glass pieces and wood chips all over the tables and window seals. It was a horrible experience and I just want my money back atp

I ordered the deluxe seafood platter with the country fried fish. The fish was smelly and against my better judgement I broke a piece off and ate it. It was disgusting. The oil must have been turned up too high because everything looked cooked but when I started to eat the stuffed crab it was very warm on the inside and mushy. Over all the food was horrible.I went through the drive through and the exterior of the building was in bad need of freshening up.
