Got my order wrong, but heard my complaint and fixed it.
The food was good, but after going to drive thru, we still had to go inside to get one of our pieces of fish, this has happened numerous times, it's just insane, they need ti do a better job counting the fish!!!!'

Don’t know what that girl was at the speaker, but she had the most nastiest attitude I ever encountered! You ask her a question and she just yell back “No” in a nasty tone! If your lazy behind don’t want to work stay at home!!! It’s just that simple! Coming work angry and taking it out on your customers isn’t right! Do yourself a favor and stay at home! I will not be coming back and I will be contacting corporate. Then I remember it’s Jackson!

i used my last bit of money to get this meal. i placed my order 40 minutes, yes FORTY minutes before closing and yall closed the doors and wouldn’t allow my uber driver to grab it. SORRY AS HELL!!!!! yall are absolutely awful, inconsiderate, and just down right need to be closed. i don’t have transportation so yes i had to uber. i hope management gets ahold of yall because I have worked in restaurant for 6 years. there is absolutely no reason for yall to close 40 minutes WITHOUT warning to your guests who put money in your pockets. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL.
