Food is never hot and then today they hit me with this. There were 3 around this size. I'm making the extra 5 minute drive to the other one from here on out💀

Floors have been mopped with greasy water. Bathrooms are dirty. Food is cooked in old grease and served lukewarm. People are polite. I forgot to ask for sauce with my nuggets. They sure didn't offer. So no sauce for me. I love chic fil a. But this location is a mess

Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Parking lot is clean, they have a covered spot in the drive through for walking in the front door. Service is impeccable here. 5 stars all the way around.

Not sure what branch of chick fil a this is. Everyone was in a mood or something. Left food out of bag and got upset when I came back in to get what was missed. I wasn’t angry or anything about it because I understand mistakes happen, but even the ones taking the order in the line weren’t friendly. I get it it’s fast food but I hate when the anger or bad service gets passed to me from whatever else happened or whoever else mad you mad. This can’t be a chick fil a like this all good though
Breakfast foods are awful. DRY biskets. Rubbery eggs and floppy bacon 🥓. Coffee is ok.

Chick-fil-a has went extremely down over the years. From the customer service to the quality of food. My food tasted like it was cooked 3 days prior and reheated. The cooking oil had to be at least 2 wks old. The franchise went from 2nd to none to just another ghetto fast food restaurant over the years. My food wasn’t edible at all.

I went through the drive thru, and I didn’t get a straw for my drink, no crackers nor eating utensils with my chicken noodle soup; no condiments as ordered in my mobile order. I would think, if you’re packing my order, common sense would say, let me put all of the other things a customer needs to be able to eat the food. As a person, if you went to an establishment you would want the same type service. Do better! Care about what you’re doing.

Always a great time at this chic-fil-a. The staff is friendly and the more you go they truly remember you. Only had two issues in rhe past three hears I've gone (sprite carbonation was out) but they rectified it immediately. At my university, we have their team come teach our Student Leaders customer service and they're always a hit.

This is the first Chick-fil-A with a Drive-thru in Jackson. It still serves the neighborhoods of the Northside of town. There are still some employees here who were working here when my kids were young! Service with a smile. One of the employees recognizes me the minute I come through the line for breakfast, and calls me by name.

They were friendly, but not as friendly as most chick-fil-a's I've been to. And, they forgot about me after I ordered my food. I had to go up and remind them after waiting for 15 minutes, that I still haven't gotten my food. They apologized and admitted that they messed up
