Very slow. Order accuracy is bad including sauces. Fillet was extremely small and so were the nuggets. If you’re going to be that slow, the food should be amazing, and it was not. Waste on money. Try again later.

Do you guys ever take the time to simply read and ensure that customers’ orders are correct the first time? I ordered from this location tonight and requested specific details on my order. Unfortunately, I received ice in my berry lemonade (despite my request for none), honey and Polynesian sauce for my nuggets (which I did not receive), and my nuggets were not fresh and tasted unpleasant. I understand that this is a business, but prioritizing an order to ensure its accuracy is not difficult. However, squandering my funds constitutes a significant issue.

By far the worst experience I've ever had.. Nuggets weren't crispy but instead were full of grease and a few nuggets were still cold on the inside.. the girl that was working the register was working her tail off and the management finally got her some help after us waiting for about 5 minutes.. certainly not the quality im accustomed to.. very dissatisfied with the food... service could have been better too

HORRIBLE SERVICE. I don’t make a habit of leaving negative reviews but this place was awful. We waited an insane amount of time in the drive thru line. They did not have any employees outside taking orders to move the line along like most of their locations do. When we finally arrived to the speaker to place our order, we could not hear the operator properly. I politely asked her to speak louder and she did not. She only started talking to her coworkers. I turned my car off and got out and put my ear to the speaker and STILL could not hear her. I told her “I’m sorry but I still can’t hear you so I’m just going to pull forward.” When we arrived at the window we noticed there were drinks spilled all over their prep counter and employees were just casually walking around acting like they had no direction or leadership whatsoever. I recommend avoiding this location at all costs unless they get new management.

I’ve been waiting 20 mins for a 10 piece chick n minis and fries? Service has NEVER been as slow at other locations. Of course it’s in Jackson but I expected way more out of them because of the Chick fil a name. I typically go to Brandon but this one is just sad fr. New management is needed..

I love chick fil a so much, but the wait here was terrible. I don’t think I have ever sat in a chick fil a line as long as I did when I went here, I went here a few days ago, but I will be back of course but the wait was a little frustrating
