Placed an order for just fries through the app. The app notified me that my order was ready..only for me to get there and my order is still not ready. I waited 20 minutes before I asked the young lady about my order. Everyone was puzzled when I asked about my order. So, another young lady put it in on her register. I had to wait an additional 20 minutes😑.. Service at this location has gone downhill.

Family wanted Chick-fil-A so we found the closest one open. Turned out this one is inside a medical rehabilitation center. Still had a good experience. I went in for takeout and the staff were super nice and friendly. Quick and accurate service. Wonderful food. Thank you very much for being great today! And loved the piano background music. Oh yeah... No kale or Mac&cheese at this location.
