I Walked In The Sametime As Two Other Groups & I Went To The Restroom After Traveling 2 Hours. upon Returning The Others Had Been Seated By A Amazing Waitress. Byran Said There Would Be A 20 to 30 min wait only for US. The Waitress explained how we had been waiting with the others that were currently seated. She proceeded to seat us at a table and Bryan argued with her and told her to tell up to leave because he had already told us it was a waiting list and a 20/30min wait. She asked us to get up and proceed to wait because he directed her to. Upon leaving he said “put y’all down or what”? Very unprofessional and rude

Our experience here was just about terrible. Ordered chips and salsa with a side of ranch, waiting for our drinks, finished our drinks and got refills then got our appetizer, still no ranch. Had to ask 3 times for our waitress to give it to us. Ordered the Three for Lunch and my soup came out in a side cup instead of a bowl, and our ticket was completely wrong. Thankfully I had a free chips and salsa because I did not want to deal with her again. Had to get up to get our own Togo plate because she did not come back to our table after we got our food. Do not recommend.

I did not dine in so I can’t rate the atmosphere. I ordered 3 meals for pickup. Each meal was missing at least two items plus it was cold. Could not get anyone on the phone to rectify. Terrible experience and a waste of $100.

Walked in and was told there was a 45 minute wait and that we needed to wait outside. There were empty tables everywhere. We asked to wait at the bar and was told the bar was closed.
I would never come back! My coworkers and I came for lunch and the food took so long, we had to get it to-go. Then my burger wasn’t even made correctly! The most poor experience I’ve ever experienced from a restaurant! They should close down.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by the hostess, which began with a five to ten -minute wait without any attention. The hostess then proceeded to inform us of a 30-minute wait, which seemed inaccurate considering the relatively empty establishment. The bar was closed, which meant no bar seating was available. Moreover, we were instructed to wait outside in 37 degree weather which I find unacceptable. What kind of protocol requires customers to wait outside in freezing temperatures?
