Took my family out to this location. Everyone had ranging from age 3 to 43 😆. The staff was helpful. And the majority of the games were actually working. We took advantage of the the infinite play for a couple hours. We definitely made the most out of it.

The staff were all working hard cleaning, but no one smiled. And they took forever to make our order, after forgetting about it several times. Everyone seemed nice and worked hard except the tall guy in the kitchen. Also no one stamped our kid's hands or checked when we left. Never seen this at a Chuck e cheese before.

Me and my fiance went for date night. Keela treated us with the most welcoming kindness and she was so sweet she even helped us pick which card so we didn’t have only 30 minutes to play. We had so much fun on the games and it was so clean in there! We’re 22 and 25 and had a blast with the game selection if that tells you anything. We didn’t have food but it looked amazing!

They've remodeled, which was in need. It's still really aimed at children younger than 10. Not much for older children. Food was improved and most of the staff were nice.
Timya and the rest of the staff are extremely rude they have poor customer service . Me and my family did not get greeted upon arrival. After ordering play points she gave me my receipt and rushed to the back. I was not finished ordering I wanted to order food but the service was so poor. I don’t understand the attitude the staff has . This is suppose to be a family fun center, but the staff makes it a harsh environment.

Had a wonderful time there for my daughter’s bday. Our attendant Eric was great, made sure we had everything we needed. Place was clean and the food was good, the manager came a spoke with us she was super sweet. Great experience!

Need better security, my truck was broken into in broad daylight!!! I do not recommend attending this place if you drive a nice vehicle.

They should tell people they can’t park at the end of their parking lot!!! I had to pay $400 to get my car back cause the funky general manager called to get cars towed!!!! Why!? If the customers have enough parking and your crowd is thin, why bother someone else’s property??!!! Just devious and ridiculous!!!!

Great time celebrating my sons 8th birthday at this location. I was a little bummed to not be able to purchase a birthday party package on the day of his party. We tried to ask for an exception, but the staff were unable to assist. Birthday Cake was exceptional. Atmosphere was fun!
Chucky came out and we had a blast!
