We got there for a party scheduled for 6:30p we was told a 10 minute wait, we didn’t sit at our table til 6:40. Table had a table cloth and a couple plates and utensils on it. Pizza took hours to come out saying they were backed up in the kitchen. Our party was from 630-830. Pizza came out after 8pm, my guest especially my birthday was hungry and getting impatient. Safe to say she enjoyed herself. I probably want book another party. Stuff was all over the place. They need to hire more staff ASAP ESPECIALLY if you know weekends are busy like that. You have an employee working the register, trying to host our table, dressing in the Chuck e costume etc. please hire more staff

I went with my 2 grandchildren and my daughter tonight. My grandchildren had lots of fun but it was really hot to the point me and my daughter didn't want to do anything inside. It's very hot inside, the workers were very uninterested and rude we hardly saw them around getting help took forever, we didn't see chuck e cheese at all, it's advertised he comes out every 30 mins, the pizza was not worth the 20 we paid, it was thin and small, a lot of the rides took our points and didn't work at least 7 times. I'm glad my grandbabies had fun that's the best I can say.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. The food was better than expected. With the monthly subscription for the kids, the price was definitely worth making regular trips to eat and play.

We didn't eat anything here so idk about the food. There's a few things that don't work or don't work right. They need to get the mechanics because who wants to pay money and you have 4/5 games or rides not working. It's kind of expensive now bring back tokens lol
