I had coupon for extra large pizza. The manager stated that the coupon didn't work but insured me she tell them to make it a extra large pizza. The pizza came out and it was a large. I had to found the manager to let her.I received a large instead of an extra large pizza. She tells me they out of the extra large dough, and I guess she thought that would have been end of that. She didn't say well we out of the extra large but I can make a small pizza or another large pizza since I did suggested it to you. This is not good customer services at all! I mention to her again while walking out the door then she begin tell me they don't even accept that type of coupon. The coupon was on their site so that part I didn't get. She was so busy flirting with the guy at the door instead of making this situation right. This lady was a manager which really made the situation worse. I only gave 3 stars simply cause my kids enjoyed their selves. Yes Chuck E Cheese has approved with the games but please approve with management first and most importantly customer services. I was glad it wasn't as pack like the first time we came so I was thinking this time would have been even better.

This location is a great place to carry your kids for a fun week night event. The salad bar is well kept and the staff is always friendly. It's not perfect or extravagant, but it's awesome for a family to enjoy time together.

The games were all working and location was tidy. Victoria was our hostess for my son's 8th birthday party on a Sunday around noon and he had a really good time. Staff resolved a problem I had with the ticket eater quickly and our pizza was better than most chuck e cheeses I have been. The manager came by to speak to us, too.

Chuck E. Cheese has really improved. I like the card idea better because those ticket machines were always down or tickets getting stuck. They did declutter, so it's not as many games as it once was, but the kids really enjoyed themselves.
