Food old, refried, to appear fresh, nothing but the peppers, and ketchup was good and we were able to eat, owners your business will be loss if you allow this continue, people will get sick or die, I hope you are not telling the staff to serve old food to save money, get your friends on certain days and times to get food there and let you know about the food. And then you’ll know what’s going on with your business.

Customer service is horrible , cashier got mad at me because their credit card machine didn’t work and I didn’t have cash. Then the lady proceeds to throw drink out drive thru when I drove off. Will never return, Ellis avenue is better anyway, just thought I would try it while on that side of town.

There is never any chicken ready, whether noon or afternoon. Service is horrible. I went for chicken, told there would be a 16 minute wait, pulled around front, waited and went back through drive thru only to be told there was still a 16 minute wait and that inside customers had ordered all dark meat. Mind you, I was parked in front of store and there were no inside customers. This is also a regular occurrence with this location of not having any chicken ready.
I’ve been at the drive intercom for at least 46 minutes no saying anything still here waiting at this very moment about 6 cars behind me waiting also at least say something through the speaker to let the customers know what’s going on

Churches on hwy 18 is delicious ? our food was great and hot . The manager and staff was very nice and friendly. We arrived Wednesday july3 2024, about a little after 1 pm. Everything and everyone was great. Thank you Churches and staff.
Went to this location on 6/22/24 after returning home from a long trip waitress and speed of service was fine I ordered the spicey 8 piece and 5 piece chicken tender combo I didn't check order being server repeated it back ro me correctly but once i got home the only thing they got right was the chicken tenders my chicken was original not spicey I had the regular biscuits not the cheddar jalapeño and I had no peppers they did get my side right but that was it after I got home I attempted to call store using number on receipt and also Google number and number is not working so I used the churches chicken reward web site to vent my frustration main point ALWAYS ALWAYS check your food before driving off I didn't because I was tired and just wanted to get home eat and relax

Service staff is very rude and argumentative. They will let you order the monthly promotion special and when you realize your order isn’t consistent with what’s available through their online ordering services, they will gaslight you and tell you that either the promotion has ended or you have to order it a certain way (even though on their online ordering service it states otherwise). No one wanted to remedy the issue. They were dismissive and flat out RUDE. I’d recommend going to the Church’s Chicken on Freedom Corner. They give you service with a smile, fresh food, and proper communication. I decided to give THIS location another chance after a not-so-pleasant experience a year ago, but I see nothing much has changed! The restaurant was clean, I’ll give them that. As someone who works in customer service and hospitality, do better!

Vegetarian options: No fried okra no chicken sandwiches and The Time Is Now 9:30
