Really enjoyed this place! While I didn't love the chai, the drip coffee with oatmilk that my father got was great, and the atmosphere more than made up for it. It was quiet and had that library smell, and we spent a nice 45 minutes just flipping through the books on the shelves. We were passing through on a Saturday afternoon and didn't realize there was a football game, so parking was tricky, but there was a little lot right behind the building.

What a charming, welcoming place. Quiet and clean, warm ambiance. Extensive, eclectic book collection. Picked one off the shelf and read for an hour while sipping my coffee. Nice selection of specialty coffee drinks to enjoy. Don't miss Coffee Prose.

I visited this coffee shop with the intention of enjoying a quiet space to write and was initially very pleased with the atmosphere. It felt like a place designed for reading and studying, with books available and a calm environment. Unfortunately, my experience was cut short when a man carrying guitars came in and slammed a chair directly behind me in a way that felt intentionally intimidating. Shortly after, I was informed by staff that they were unaware a band would be practicing there and that no performance was scheduled. Regardless, the situation forced me to leave in the middle of my visit. As a paying customer, I felt pushed out and unwelcome. While the shop has potential, I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable place to relax and enjoy their coffee.

I ordered an almond crossiant. It was cold in the middle so i requested it be warmed up and it was but again it was cold in the middle. I opened it and asked for it to be warmed up with the crossiant open. This time the it was really hot. It was so hot the plate broke and the bread was hard and filling burnt. Employee was nice about it but i didn’t get a refund nor was it offered one or something in place of it. The crossiant was $7

Renting an Airbnb upstairs so after a long day of flying we popped in for refreshments and snacks. My son inhaled his turkey cheese croissant. The almond croissant is delightful even cold. I ordered the Banshee and my son a sugar free caramel latte and he couldn't believe it didn't have sugar in it, he inhaled that too! The staff was beyond friendly, we felt right at home.

A nice, little place to get away from the bustle of Jackson. Excellent drinks and scones, and a plethora of books to peruse while you take a breather.
