I usually come here often because they’re open late hours and I never have a problem with them until last night I went got a chicken sandwich and service was good as it always been however there seems to be semen on my food and there was hair in my fries. This is very disgusting and concerning. This was the Jackson Ms location on hwy 80

This was my first Cook Out experience. It was life changing. What other restaurant can you get a burger, with a side of a quesadilla? No where to my knowledge. Add on another side and a drink, and you’ve got yourself a Cook Out tray!The food? Amazing.The price? Unbeatable.I would love to eat here every week, but I live in Texas. Cook Out will sadly remain a long distance love of mine. Only to be visited when crossing state lines.

Ok so I'm from Cali but asking questions about a item does call for attitude.
This is the local 80 highway location of Cook Out. In my personal opinion they came in with a blast because they were something new. The food was just something new versus something great that was new. After getting used to it I hardly go there, not because the food is bad but it's just normal and they have no new menu options to ever spice it up. They do have decent combos and combo prices. They also have great shakes, the best thing on their menu in my opinion. The customer service is usually good. The prices are acceptable. Lastly the atmosphere is nill. The building is nice but another reason I don't particularly go to this one much is because for some reason I'm sure you can figure out or assume as to why was not good enough to be made a nice walk in you can only drive through different than the downtown High street location. But all in all if you're in the area and want to try something different than your usual go for it.
Vegetarian options: I don't think they even offer salads.
Parking: There are parking spots but it's drive through only so the parking spots are more for if they are behind on getting orders made or you want to sit and eat in the parking lot I suppose.
Kid-friendliness: No place to sit and eat so it's as child friendly as a drive through can be
Wheelchair accessibility: It's a drive through so if you can drive it's wheelchair accessible.
