This used to be a great Cups but all of my recent trips weren't that good. The whole building smells nasty. The cigar shop next door permeates the coffee shop so the store smells like roasted coffee beans and smokey cigar. It made me nauseous.
The drinks have gone from pretty good to subpar lately. Not sure if it's staff or ingredients.
The employees can either be attentive and nice (most recent stop), or loudly yapping for a whole hour on the phone (the visit that made me stop going there for months).
Parking: Good parking.
Kid-friendliness: Not great for kids.

Cups literally has the best coffee I've ever had.
Kid-friendliness: Kids can get a hot chocolate that is a "kids temperature" so that it's not too hot.
Wheelchair accessibility: There are handicapped parking spots and no steps.

Love love love cups
I frequent a lot of coffee shops, but especially Cups. This one is EASILY the worst one, and I hate saying that. The guy that’s been in there the only two times I’ve been has been so unfriendly, dang near rude. And my regular coffee is awful….tastes terribly bitter. It’s a hard pass for me.
Perfect black coffees every time! Love the nooks and crannies for visiting with friends or place to study.

Ordered a white chocolate mocha frappe on a hot day. It was refreshing and tasty - should've taken a spoon because it's thick, like a "Frosty." Also bought the Aura Bora sparkling spring waters to try later. Service was friendly and quick. Would have loved to see some gluten-free snacks or baked goods.

I had a Mocha and a blueberry scone. Both were excellent.

The only real problem is the overwhelming smell of tobacco intruding from the pipe store next door. Coffee is great, I just wouldn't ever drink it there. Staff is great, and I don't know here name but there is a brunette chick who works there and she in particular is delightful. Top 2 cups location.

I love this cups but the fact that they only have one person working in the mornings means you might be waiting a while for a cup of coffee.
All around great place and service the guest service is outstanding aswell.
