You should update when you are closed on your online profile instead of having patrons walk three blocks to find out
I am a frequent customer at this location. I have a milk allergy. I always state that before placing an order. I have received two cups of coffee made incorrectly. These cups surely had a milk product in them. I have learned to watch them as my coffee is prepared. Last week the young lady was preparing the coffee with 2% Milk. The cup was clearly labeled with a milk allergy.. Soy only. After I corrected her, she became upset. I asked for a refund. This morning, I returned to
They ladies are so courteous, and offer excellent and fast service. I love it.
Downtown location happens to be my go to spot. Staff friendly, knowledgeable about coffee. Fix it your way! Mine they Capitol with a double shot of hazelnut and a few ice cubes. Enjoy!

Don’t offer free espresso Friday and then turn your nose up at patrons when they ask for it. Will not be returning.

Excellent espresso.
Best place in Jackson to get coffee. They also sell the beans, but my favorite is the chocolate covered roasted coffee beans. Just pop a few in your mouth and you're good to go! No need to drink coffee, LOL
