Jackson Foodies FB is what brought me to this gem. I ordered beef tips w/ rice and gravy, yams, and Mac n cheese.. The food was AMAZING!!! I hate I didnāt get her name but the lady at the bar was very friendly and kind.. The owner was also very welcoming in knowing myself along with others were ā 1st timersā I will definitely be back!!! SUPPORT SMALL BUSINESSES!!!!

Walk In this place is really cozy BUT................OH MY GOD....WE WAITED WAAAAAAAAAAY TOO LONG FOR OUR ORDER. WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY TOO LONG, I WONT RETURN AND I CANT IN GOOD FAITH RECOMMEND THIS PLACE... I DO NOT KNOW HOW THE FOOD TASTES BC I AM TOO UPSET TO EVEN EAT IT.....

horrible horrible service. we waited AN HOUR for 2 chicken and waffles. they were cooking peoples food who came in after us. and there were around 6-8 peoples served before we even got our food. and when we did the waffles were cold and hard, and then chicken was hot. It was a mess. They couldnāt even give us drinks because āshe was coming with them laterā. mind you, we came in when there was no one in there. Then we were expected to pay up, and the BILL WAS $50. for cold food. a damn shame. Soā¦. basically DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!
My friends and I really enjoyed our brunch today. The endless mimosas were on point. Demetrius was our server. He was great. He was very patient as we were trying to decide on brunch or soul food. Our brunch was delicious, and I'm anxious to try other items on the menu. I will definitely be back!

I was really excited to try this place. We sat down and were greeted the 3rd time the server walked by. She took our drink order and left. Came back about 10 minutes later with no drinks to take our food order. We waited another 30 minutes without a drink or food. The server never came back so we walked out. I haven't had the patience to try it again.

This place was very busy and quite lively. They have an ordering system that needs some fine tuning. You scan the QR Code and place your order, but the staff is constantly asking what your name is in order to locate your food. Perhaps the system should include a place to add your table number to make things a bit easier. Overall, the staff was very friendly and the food was good. I wish they had set more tables on the patio because it was small and crowded inside. We will certainly visit again for brunch... BTW: the fresh cut fries were delicious.
