I was not given the right order and was not compensated for that. Even after calling and letting them know that a mistake was made, I was told that they could not give any refund or remake my order the correct way, even though what I ordered cost more than what I received. Not only that but the business hours are not consistent so you might show up during regular business hours to a closed restaurant. Iāve gotten plates from the Lynch location for years and only came to the Raymond Rd location when the other closed. NOW I SEE WHY LOCATIONS ARE CLOSING TERRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICE & INCONSISTENT PRODUCT. If you canāt run a business, donāt.

Man i absolutely love their shrimp Alfredo pasta. I added crawfish meat to mines. I love the big portions that they give. Real cool & nice ppl , as well. I wish i took a pic š„¹ but this is a great place to eat at !!!!

This restaurant was a 4-10.. I ordered Jerk Chicken and shrimp pasta. Nothing was jerky or spicy about it. Definitely had pasta from a sports bar better than this and for a fair price. 58.10 for two plates is a shame. Maybe they had a bad day.

I have really tried to support this business, the food is decent and it's close to home. Today I ordered two cheese burgers one no pickles and one add bacon and no pickles. My husband picked up the order and his burger had pickles which we were charged 50 cent and they told him they had no bacon but still charged $1.50. This is a constant problem with overcharging...PLEASE CHECK YOU RECEIPT!!!
Ordered their large cheeseburger with fries. The burger was decent, however the French fries were not edible, itās as if they were old or refried, soaked in grease. I was hesitant to try one but I did and immediately spit it out. If youāre going to own a restaurant, take some pride in the food that comes out of it. The staff had a āI donāt careā attitude about them and the atmosphere was overall unwelcoming. Sad to say because I am a big supporter of small local businesses, but I will not be spending my money here again.

The customer service sucked and food was over priced I had shrimp Alfredo with wings and 4 shrimps and 5 wings I paid 20+ dollars so I donāt recommend his food or

I contacted your restaurant (Dewayne delicious eats south), and was met with the rudest personality I have ever experienced in customer service. I have never dined in your restaurant and was very excited to give your menu a try.I was referred by a friend, who told me to call your restaurant and ask for a LeMarcus if I had any questions about the menu. I took their advice and made a call to inquire about an item on the menu. The gentleman that answered the phone was absolutely rude and down right dismissive. I love to support local black owned businesses, as I am a minority business owner in the same community.However, the conversation I had with whomever answered the phone left me feeling like supporting this establishment would be a mistake. When the individual answered the call I proceeded to ask for a LeMarcus. I was immediately told this particular phone line doesnāt belong to LeMarcus and if I wanted to have a personal phone conversation with him I would need to call his personal phone.I made an attempt to explain, but with each attempt I was interrupted and talked over until the individual disconnected the call. I did call back to the establishment, in an attempt to explain again. However, this person answered with the same attitude and response. He also informed me that LeMarcus gets a lot of personal phone calls and is trying to dodge his ābaby mommaā. I have never experienced anything like this when trying to patronize a business.Whatever goes on with the employees of that establishment is not of any concern to the consumer. I have never been treated so harshly and with such disrespect. I asked this person what his name was and he responded āthe bossā. I am sending this information in attempt to notify the owner and make him/her aware of the kind of customer service his staff is rendering. Hopefully the person I spoke with is indeed not the owner of the establishment.

Paid $17 for 4 tiny strips of what the call Catfish but trust me this not Catfish, I put the lil strip together and they may equal up to 1.5 filet. So call fish was way over seasoned and can taste the burt grease hell I could have messed my own food up. But I did my good deed and supported the black business, won't get me again.

The cashier was cool. I asked for some more seasoning, and she tried to put it on for me....No thank you. Add a little more salt to the noodles and thicken the sauce.

Tried a few different orders over a month span of time. It's most definitely a goto spot for a mixture of it all. So fare everything good. I prefer fried rice over Hibachi rice if you're getting any rice... pic was fish and mild wings combination
