3 times in a row I have placed my order show up 20 to 30 minutes later and they have not even started making the pizza. Would have to wait another 20 plus minutes for them to complete the order. The 3rd time is the last time. An hour had passed by and I just ask for a refund. 5 more Mims went by and they came back with the 2 pizzas i ordered. Told them I want my money back not the pizza. They guy stated that he didn't take my order and I'd have to wait. The website took my order first of all. 2nd. I paid with cash so no I shouldn't have to wait. I want to be refunded

Well this was a 1st for me I ordered a pizza for 7pm pickup/ when I arrived i walked up to the door which was closed and locked/ a gentleman appeared and stated the inside was closed i needed to go to the drive up( im from MD never seen a drive up Domino's) my pizza was very dry looking especially the spinach on my veggie pizza - i must say it was not the best

If it is not one thing or another with this location. I haven't gone to this location in 3 years and I'm 60 days time they have gotten 3 strikes. The final was today. I placed an online order. No notification but the store called and said my order was ready. I had a bad feeling. I got there and they had given my order to someone else. Then told me it would be 30 minutes to get my order. I asked for a refund or my money to be credited to my debit. The girl at the window thought all of this was funny. Now I have to wait 7 to 10 business days to get my money back. This location has been the worst location for customer service since the 1980s. Remember do not pay on line ,CASH only.

I’m on vacation in Jackson MS. I or items to be delivered. After waiting a while I checked the tracking and it read order complete. I called the location to let them know I never received and they said “Oh yeah, the driver got a flat” I asked for a refund and they said it will be 5-10 business days. IM ON VACATION NOW!!! Now I have to spend more money for dinner. Absolutely unacceptable!

Waited a whole hour for 2 large pizzas! I ordered wings and they drizzled the sauce on it, not tossed! Very rude individuals/ Workers. Attitudes and when I asked for my money back they refused to do so. Please shut that one down cause it’s terrible as it looks! Never going again…

Pan pizza wasn't cooked all the way, it had partially raw dough. The guy on the phone said that they can't refund it if it's ordered through the app. Makes no sense that a pizza can't refunded and the only option is to bring it back for them to remake it. No one wants to drive back somewhere after a long work shift, literally just trying to get an easy meal.
I had order from them last week and I never got my pizza the driver was on my street but he was speeding fast had music blasting loud miss my house and then he came back on my street again I told the driver I’m over here he just spared off like he didn’t hear me so called up to the place and told them what had happen and the lady got frustrated with me because I kept calling because I want my pizza I paid a lot money for the pizza and the lady gone tell me I can make your order back over and I told her just give me my refund back.

I saw the staff making my pizza without any gloves on. I saw the staff touching their hair, cell phones, pizza toppings and pizza crust. I will never order from this establishment. Gross contaminated mess.
