We had the rib tips, smoked wings, two turkey legs, a slab of ribs and some brisket. The cooking technique and the smoke ring were the best points to compliment. The tenderness was spot on for all the meats. My only critique which was consistent across all the meats was the flavor profile. Just at from your food truck downtown Jackson, in Smith Park, very disappointed smoked cabbage undercooked and unseasoned, roasted potato dried unseasoned Chicken wings dry and hard, bbq sauce water down; wasn’t worth the money and/or tip.
