Food was sooo good. I didn't get any pictures because I demolished my plate tehe. It's by far the best quesadilla I've tasted muly husband got the burria tacos good googly moogly🥴 I should uave ordered those instead because in my home town neither dishes don't taste like that. I even had leftovers and ate it starigjt out the fridge cold and it still was good lol and the salsa OMG the salsa whew sweet baby jesus lol When I visit again i'm going straight to this mexican resturant.

This was a terrible experience.

We ordered vegetarian fajitas, which are supposed to include a variety of vegetables like broccoli, eggplant, pumpkin, and mushrooms. What we received was nothing more than green peppers and onions. The rice was cold, and worst of all, the avocado was clearly spoiled and should have been thrown away — not served to a customer.

This is completely unacceptable.

On top of that, the service was unprofessional. One of the employees was lying down on the couch at the table right behind us. This shows a complete lack of respect for the customer and the dining environment. We will definitely not be coming back!!!!!!

The food was excellent and the service was amazing as always. The last several times this year we have been have been excellent. Feels like they cook with real ingredients and even asked us where we prefer to sit. Wonderfully atmosphere for a family.

El Charro Authentic Mexican is a true gem. The food is full of flavor and clearly made with fresh ingredients—everything tastes homemade and authentic. I had the carne asada tacos and they were incredible. The chips and salsa came out fresh, and the guacamole was perfect. The staff is welcoming and attentive, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. If you’re craving real Mexican food, El Charro is the place to go!

This is NO LONGER El Charro! They should be forced to change the name in honor of the great people who served us wonderfully for 40 years. Dk who the new owners are, but their staff is downright hateful if you mention the obvious changes.

Sadly, Drew's review below is accurate. The longtime Manager/owner is no longer there. Appears this restaurant sold to new owners. The chips aren't the same and the other staple dishes aren't the same. These were the best chips in the metro area. Why would you purchase a successful restaurant and make changes like that? We've given it 2 chances now and will be seeking out a new regular Mexican restaurant.
