Absolutely awesome beer is a really cool location. Tasting room was bright and beautiful and the service was excellent. Their Grodziskie was on point and their kolsch was phenomenal. Definitely worth a stop if you're in the Jackson area.

I come here relatively often with my friends and it’s always been a pleasant, enjoyable experience and opportunity to support a locally owned business. As a Jackson native and service industry professional, I look forward to patronizing this business although I only come for one beer in particular—Colsons (I generally don’t like any of the other beers). Today, the beertender was extremely rude to me because I was taking a phone call in the line. He was snippy, snarky, and overall tasteless in the way he handled me as a consumer. I still tipped because thats my character but I was displeased with the way he acted. I was also the only black person in the establishment.

Tried their lager beer. As a native German coming from Munich, I must admit, it’s delicious!!! Both a unique and an original taste.

Bartender was rude..

The bartender (heavier disheveled guy) needs to understand that he is a representative of the company/brand and the customers are how they make money… Not only rude but came across as extremely ignorant and surprisingly pompous.

Just stopped in to grab some beers to go and a few stickers. The bar tender was super nice and friendly. If I had more time I'd highly recommend staying awhile!

Fine Fertile Ground is a Gem in Jackson. Wow soo much room and unreal brewing techniques. From Mosaic Hops to A Japanese Rice brewed beer. Not to mention Conner Reeves at the Helm. Matty J is the secret weapon.

They don’t honor second amendment right, or for even retired law-enforcement or a veteran. Not even if you have a permit, never asked. I’m sorry, do we live in Mississippi, or some Dem State? Security said it doesn’t matter. He was professional and just doing his job. We will never be back!

Solid blend of lagers (pils, pevo czech, etc.) and ale staples (hefe, couple IPAs, etc.). The lagers stood out. Huge, bright space with a variety of seating arrangements - I'm a fan of the outdoor seating after dark. Fair craft beer prices and hours. And a great part of the local scene.

Neat place to hang out, great selection, great atmosphere

The beer is good. The problem is that they permit smoking in the outside area. I love drinking local beer and sitting outside on a nice day. What i do not like is people smoking cigars and having the smoke billow out over the area. I suspect that this poses a health hazard for second hand smoke. When i moved to the outside seating of a closed restaurant people came over and smoked near us there. It seems that everyone who visits this brewery smokes and does not care about people who do not smoke. What otherwise would be nice is not. I do not recommend this place.

With a great atmosphere, fantastic beer, and friendly staff, it’s the perfect place to kick back and enjoy some quality brews!

Love the bartenders, so sweet, awesome place to sit down, chill out, and look through the fondren area! Very walkable and they often have events in the area!

Great beer selection! Brewed in house and very tasty.

Great spot with lots of food surrounding it. The peach sour is great.

It wasn't great but it wasn't terrible. Food truck was pretty good.
