I now understand what people have commented on via other platforms regarding basic communication. I called the number listed and my call was actually answered with just a "Hello." Of course, this was unexpected, so I asked if I had reached For Heaven's Cakes. She just hung up on me. I checked the number and called back, trying to give her the benefit of the doubt. No answer. Wow! If you are no longer in business or whatever the case, just say that. After reading how several people have tried to patronize you and there being little regard for their time AND my experience today, I'm convinced... It's the simple things for me. I don't beg/chase anyone to give them my money.

My wedding cake would have been a disaster due to the unprofessionalism I experienced! I spoke with the owner Dani Turk in February in regards to her making my wedding cake in November, she told me to call her back after Valentines day due to her having Covid. I called back for several weeks leaving messages. Around mid March her husband contacted me saying he was helping return some calls for her. I gave him my contact information and the date when I needed the cake. She never called me so I continued to call her, leaving numerous messages and all I got was her voicemail saying the dates she was booked for. So fast forward to October and I still haven't heard from her so I go ahead and reached out to the bakery that was my first choice MyMoniCakes out of Tennessee. My cake was beautiful and tasted wonderful! Although she came highly recommended to me, I would not recommend her to anyone after my experience!

I have left 3 messages and Can not even get a call back. I just tried again and the box is full. I knew they were booked through the 24 of may as of 3 weeks ago, are they just not taking orders at all anymore?? I knew they quit with cupcakes, sadly. Would REALLY like a call back if they are still open.

Dani is incredibly talented and does absolutely amazing work. She and her husband were wonderful to us through the entire wedding and groom’s cake process. The strawberry chocolate chip layers were so delicious, and of course, the wedding cake flavored layer was, as well. The groom’s cake was lemon, and was completely devoured. She gave us exactly what we wanted, with just a few ideas we had. We couldn’t be happier with the interactions with them, and the cakes. I would recommend For Heaven’s Cakes to anyone!!
