First time trying, lifetime customer. Everything was so good. I ended trying a few different items on menu. Best food experience I've had in awhile.

The ribs are definitely worth getting. Some of the best.

We phoned in our order for pick up and it was really delicious! The woman working the front counter was very efficient and kind. The ribs were so tender and tasty!

I have been to both locations. The one in Madison do not have good customer service but food is better. Byram has good customer service but ribs are not good like the one in Madison. I really wish they could change the people that takes orders it makes me think twice about coming into the business to spend money. Life already hard at least go in a place where you can feel appreciated for doing business. But food is great just the people that work at the front 🥴

Highlight of my work trip to the area. When I asked locals where to go, they all suggested this place. They weren't wrong. Ribs on point. Good BBQ sauce. Tater salad was delicious. Favorite thing was the smoked wings, fall off the bone and just the right amount of smoke. Prices are great.

I'm from Arkansas. I'm down here on a personal trip and I was gonna go to Georgia Blues but I decided to stop here. Lemme tell ya.... Glad I did. It smelled amazing when I walked in. I ordered wayyyy too much food but trust me I'll finish it. Staff was very friendly. I just tried everything at my hotel room and goodness... It's delicious. Do not hesitate to eat here. Been working restaurants for 20 years and this place has it.

We patronized this business for the first time tonight and it was a great experience! We called in our order and it was ready upon arrival. We ordered rib tips, chicken wings (2 flavors), fried okra and potato salad. Everything was hot and delicious!! We will definitely make this a regular stop! Happy to have them in our area!

The food is very average. Great bbq has been smoked long and slow: the brisket not the pulled pork have any signs of a smoke ring, so it has been cooked in another way that doesn't impart any true flavor to the meat. The sides are not homemade but are commercially purchased. It's not terrible, but very average. They are also very slow in getting the order to you. Two sandwiches with fries and slaw should not take 25 minutes. The main reason for me not returning is the attitude of one of the staff taking orders. She was rude, abrupt and was very unpleasant. If you are going to work with the public, being kind goes a long way. There are other bbq restaurants in Madison that offer better tasting meats, are more efficient and don't involve an uncaring attitude.
