Breakfast was great. We were greeted at the door with a friendly attitude and smiles all around. The food was just as expected, nothing fancy, but, tasty, freshly prepared and ample portions. We were asked several times, not only by our server, but others, if we needed anything. We were thanked several times for coming in and it was a great experience to start a day.

My food was cold my hash browns are not fully cooked and they added cheese to my eggs when I asked for cheese on hash browns food was cold because they sitting there fixing employees meals and serving cold food to consumers

Not sure if this is the correct I Hop , it was off of Exit 40, the worst service and breakfast I have ever eaten, the waitress didn’t even speak , and our food was inedible, thank goodness for the manager taking my breakfast off the bill, but I will never eat at another I Hop, I’ll take my chances with gas station food

Oct. 18, 2025...just had breakfast at this location. Absolutely wonderful. Tay was our server and could not have been lovelier. The food was great!!! And those grits...I don't know what kind of magic they put on them, but I want more. 3 people, 3 different meals and a to go order and it was ALL great. Thanks for the experience.

A waitress named 'MATTIE' is very rude and will not take your order for 1 hr or give you refills especially if your white then she will ignore you but taje your table if you have 6+ people for the given 15% gratuity tip

I recently enjoyed a classic American breakfast that had some of my favorites! Fluffy waffles, light and airy pancakes, perfectly crispy hash browns, well-cooked eggs, and savory chicken strips. * Waffles: The waffles were perfectly golden brown and incredibly fluffy. I opted for the classic buttermilk variety, but they also offer delicious options like blueberry and chocolate chip. * Pancakes: The pancakes were light as air and perfectly cooked. They were served warm with a generous side of real maple syrup. * Hash Browns: The hash browns were perfectly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. All I had to do is simply season them with salt and pepper, allowing the potato flavor to shine. * Eggs: I chose scrambled eggs, and they were cooked to perfection - fluffy and flavorful. * Chicken Strips: The chicken strips were a delightful addition. They were crispy, well-seasoned, and a nice contrast to the sweeter breakfast items. The presentation of the breakfast was visually appealing, and the portions were okay. I ordered a breakfast plater and got the nastiest looking omelet ever. This the second time they have done this I’ve tried to give them the benefit of the doubt this time but absolutely not. This is unacceptable. Someone needs to contact the health department.

Can't rate the food because I never got it. All the people that came in behind us got their food and was halfway finished eating. Our food was all of sudden ready when we decided after 40 mins of waiting to walk out. By this time we don't want it. No manager offered an apology or nothing. Just plain BAD SERVICE and according to other diners bad food. So I guess we dodged a bad food bullet.
Had a DoorDash order that was delivered without all the food. Called to get the rest of it, and was told to come pick it up and when I arrived was greeted Rudely by the hostess.. even after speaking with an employee there was some Sort of confusion.. food quality was poor due to waiting for parts of my order, denied remaking cold food that was ordered even though I brought it back….after spending 65 dollars for food at this establishment you would think the employees would be a bit more professional.. will Never do business here again

Order an Mushroom omelette from IHop on Friday morning,it smelled funny a littlebut I was hungry so I cut a small piece of the omelette smell it and ate it,I than cut another piece and ate it.After the third bite ,i just knew something wasn't right.I had to stay at work sick as a Goat shitting everywhere and day two I'm still running to the bathroom but not as worst as yesterday.I went to the restaurant and they wanted to givee more food instead of a refund.Ihop has a non refundable rule,,,Stay woke people,I'm still not normal yet😞😞
