This place has roaches everywhere. Absolutely disgusting. We didn’t spot the first roach until after we had our food. It just casually walked on to the top and started browsing for scraps. Notified the waitress and she just laughed. How can you be proud to work at a place like this. Spotted 2 crawling on the booth seats and the neighboring table. Now I have to shake down my clothes.

This place suck it took over 30 minutes for someone to come get our drink order our server was no where to be found . She only came to check on us 2 and where were there for over an hour 30 . Whoever the manger is needs to fire this girl . She only had 2 table . Food was either over cooked that it was burnt or under cooked. If I could leave negative stars I would . DONT COME TO EAT HERE.

If I could do a zero stars I would. First red flag absolutely no customers at 7 in the morning on a Saturday. The waitress had to come back twice after we gave our order sampler platter no pancakes wheat toast over medium eggs instead and a breakfast burrito with hash browns as the side she did not write down how to cook the eggs and forgot what the side was for the burrito. When she brought the order it was in Togo tops because we were told they had no clean dishes for the food we had been waiting 45 minutes at this point and only 3 other tables had came in. She never came back after dropping the food. When we went to the register to get our ticket and pay we were told the reason they had no dishes was the dishwasher did not get there until 8. I guess in a completely empty restaurant in 45 min no one else could do any dishes! This location needs serious help and the manager on duty needs lessons in running a restaurant I would have been much more understanding if they had been at all busy but even then this was a horrible experience.

If I could rate it as a zero I would...it took over 40 min to get our food with only 3 other tables when we walked in..food was cold and they couldn't even bring out our whole order we had to keep asking for missing items and I still didnt get my whole order. I was done asking.

Around midnight. Walking in it smelled horribly like a toilet was backed up. Host/Server's appearance was unkempt. Was going to dine in but instead requested carry out due to the odor. Was seated by a booth with drunk ppl complaining non stop about the orange juice and other server issues. No music played. Ordered a stack of pancakes and fisherman's platter. I wanted to trade my pancoins for the stack and the unkempt server made it seem like I started speaking a foreign language in a rude manner. The Supervisor on duty was very kind when intervening. The pancakes were big, hot and fluffy. The fish, shrimp and fries were cooked just right. The service and atmosphere sucked but the food was just right.

When the waitress brought out coffee, To my surprised I see a roach fall on the table off the tray that sher was carrying. She act as if she wasn't shocked at all and never even thought to apologize. The service was horrible and I'll never visit that location again!

September 22, 2025, we were seated in a booth next to a wall and the waitress gave us a menu. My daughter and I asked for water but was told that they didn't have any water. We got our meal and starting eating. Flies came around, then roaches came from under the booth. I got a napkin and tried to push them away, but they back from under the booth. My daughter went and asked for the manager but she didn't come for at least 15 minutes. My daughter refused to eat anymore of her food, but I had to eat mine because I'm diabetic and was feeling bad and had not eaten. My daughter informed that she would pay for my food but that she was not paying for her food while roaches were running around. The waitress asked her if she ate any of the food, of course we had eaten some of the food before the flies and roaches came. When the manager finally came out, my daughter explained the situation to her and she agreed to give her a discount, which was ok. I just want to say that the establishment could be a little cleaner and sprayed for roaches andthestaffhasno decent dress code, everyone's clothes were so sloppy. I have never been to a restaurant where I couldn't sit down and enjoy my meal for roaches running around. Needless to say, I will not be coming back there again. I gave a one for rating but if I could give it a zero, I definitely would. This facility really needs to be shut down. When IHOP was on Frontage Road, it was so much different.
Was not welcome by hostess. Was seated by staff immediately, then no one came back to take our order or offer us water. We sat for 15mins before I went to front & asked who was assigned to my table. The waitress was nice and friendly only bright side (she pitching in to serve us). Then my order was wrong twice and took forever. Should have walked out like others did. This was the Classic weekend not sure if that played apart of poor service. I would not visit this site again.

I know for a fact the meals were 13.49 each Which leaves over $20 for just 2 drinks, doesn’t add up
