Staff here is horrible, once I got my food they dint check on me one, bus boy almost hit a lady with tray. When I receive my food they gave something different from what I had order and some parts where burn. Alot of the people there where leaving because of the bad service and it wasn't even full. Staff needs better customers service training.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at your restaurant. I placed a to-go order, and it took over an hour for my food to be prepared, which is completely unacceptable. On top of that, the customer service was abysmal. We ordered three servings of pancakes but were only given two syrups for all of us to share. When we addressed the issue with the manager, we were told, "You only get one syrup per five pancakes." This response was not only unhelpful but also dismissive.
Unfortunately, this is not the first time I've had issues at this restaurant. For months, there has always been some problem, whether it's the service, the food, or the overall experience. This visit was the last straw, and I will not be returning.
I truly hope you take this feedback seriously, as this level of service is unacceptable for any establishment.

Horrible Place. Went there for breakfast at 8 am. There was just one disinterested server and one chef. The server sighed with me no employees turned on the given day with her attention continously on her video chat on the phone. She then gets coffee in a jug that is cold and dripping with water on the outside. She then gets food and tells me that there is no control on the quality since someone else prepared it. The doors are so dirty, I would just imagine the cleanliness in the kitchen. Disgusting

The only reason why this so called restaurant is getting a star is so I can post this review so tonight I go to pick up an order that was placed online it was a pancake combo with a side of bacon and hashbrowns, a waffle combo with bacon and hashbrowns when I arrived at the store there were 3 customers at a booth eating after about 3 minutes some guy came out and asked could he help me I told him what I was there for he said we out of sirloin steak I said umm there was no sirloin steak on the order so I showed him on my phone the exact order to which he replied o our waffle machine don't work so he was gonna need to cancel the order umm excuse me cancel the order what about the pancakes bacon and hashbrowns to to which he replied well we don't have a cook tonight I said what he said my manager is back there but she don't wanna cook bc she don't get paid to cook I was like are u kidding me she is the manager what do you think her job is he said it's to manage the store and i was yeah and that means if there is no cook guess what that means that's her job for the shift the manager is suppose to do whatever job that she needs to do if someone isn't there to do it he kept rolling his eyes saying yes but she don't want to bc she don't get paid to do that job by this point I'm just like this is ridiculous so he tells the so called "manager"that I'm insisting on the food being cooked and she yells out ill cook the pancake but that's it then another customer comes in and says they had an online order and he tells that person they canceled their order bc they got no sirloin so that person just leaves then the phone rings the guy tells the people on the phone they can only cook call in orders they not taking online orders but they got to make their order online hahaha hahaha I could not heat the people on the other end but I assure you they were just as confused as I was at this point I told them to just cancel the order this "manager " and her peon need to be fired immediately and someone needs to explain to her what a manager job consist of bc obviously she is clueless and they needed help so bad that they pulled her off the street and gave her a title she clearly doesn't understand

Was in town for volleyball tournament. Service was terrible. Restaurant was empty and it still took forever to get drink order taken. Waited for 40 minutes for our food to arr. My granddaughter ordered chicken and waffles and the chicken was burnt. My daughter and wife's orders were wrong. My youngest granddaughter ordered the cupcake pancake and received a blob of sprinkles my omelet was terrible. The staff reaked of Marijuana. We were missing items and it was a terrible experience. Do not go here. Now I know why it was empty on a Sunday morning. It's because it's a bad Restaurant.

I took my boys out after our doctor appointments and they enjoyed themselves. They cleaned their plates. My oldest loved the French toast. Also the servers were nice and very attentive to us. I gave 3 stars on the atmosphere because the owners could make some updates to this location.
I like this location a lot, they get you seated pretty quickly usually, and the servers are usually very nice. The food gets out relatively quickly.

I recently visited IHOP in Jackson, MS with my family, and it was one of the worst dining experiences we’ve ever had. Upon being seated, we waited far too long without any acknowledgment from the staff. After about 15 minutes of waiting, our waiter finally came to take our drink order — or so we thought! Instead of bringing our drinks, the waiter just sat down and seemed completely uninterested in serving us.
To make matters worse, the hostess, who wore contacts, didn’t seem to care about her job either. It felt like we were invisible in this restaurant. We tried to get someone’s attention, but it was like shouting into the void.
After what felt like an eternity of waiting and frustration, we decided to leave. Not only did we not receive any food, but the lack of service left us feeling unwelcome and disappointed. I expected better from a place that is known for its breakfast, but I can’t recommend this IHOP in Jackson to anyone. Save your time and money!

They printed had malfunction. So, the back house didn't know I ordered for the first 20 min I came in and ordered Togo. Server got on headphones never checked on my food. Somebody said machines was down. Then, he helped and another 20 minutes went by. A fellow server tried to bring me some food that wasn't mines. I asked to talk to manager same person who took my order came to me to tell me he bagging my food. I wanted to ask for some type of compromise for the wait. They had multiple signs indicating they don't do refunds so I wasn't going to ask, but he brought me som food that was not up to my liking. I ordered a breakfast sampler scrambled lights eggs. Eggs dumb dry n burn. Horrible experience

OMG took soo long to get our food. My wife sat down and talked to the owner about the rediculously long wait for our food. He actually sat and pleaded his case." No one wants to work anymore, people stealing from the job, food, and cash. People coming in late and leaving early etc." Probably won't go back to that store for a while.
Wheelchair accessibility: Had my 92 year old father in law in his wheel chair. Accessability was great. However the extremely long wait to get our food was too much.
