This place has went down just like everything in jackson. The menu is bbq mostly. What happened to the phillys and other items? The service is trash. Remove the menu pics of food yall dont sell, its misleading

Food was great but service needs help. Spent my whole break waiting in line for my food and it was only 3 people ahead of me. I will definitely recommend this place. Just don't come on your lunch break or be in a rush.

This is the best bbq in the city! I drive from stankin Rankin weekly to get it. Best ribs, crispy fries (with sauce on them) and baked beans with ground beef in town! Sausage good too. Be prepared to wait. Its at a gas station so parking can be tricky. Worth it still.

DON’T MISS IT!! (as the BBQ place is INSIDE the Valero Gas ⛽️ Station) - I hear this is a “common” thing, in the State of Mississippi).

No real or practical seating (so best ?for fully “Take-Out”)

Kinda Unusual System - where you Order at Counter (near the back, close to the food), then PAY?your bill ? at the FRONT counter (with the Gas attendants).

Parking: Parking is something “constrained” [tight], so you’ll have to either park BEHIND the station, or next door (at the smoke shop).?

The food is excellent. It's super flavorful and you get hefty portions. However the environment is tense and the workers are not friendly. No one smiles. Not even the owner. The customers warily eye each other. As if they are all waiting on something to jump off.

Also be prepared to wait forever for your meal and to even order. People come in daily and order several plates which appear to be for very large groups and you will wait until every single plate is made and handed out before they get to your order. The wait is obscene. The store has no restroom and they have it super hot in that store so you will stand around in the heat for 30 to 40 minutes to order and maybe longer to get your meal.

There has to be a better way to do this. I spoke to the business owner and asked if there was an online way to order or over the phone method and he said this is not set up and apparently he wasn't interested. He was also a bit gruff with me. He appears to be constantly busy and working hard so maybe he was stressed.

Although the wait is long, the store is hot, there is no restroom, no one smiles, and the man working the register will look at you as if you just transplanted from Mars - I love the fact I'm supporting this brothers business and I do enjoy the food so I will return.

This was the worst spareribs I have ever,ever,ever tasted. The side were equally horrible...Don't waste your time...Can you imagine a local sent me there...The local must have been a family member...SAD,SAD,SAD.

I didn't like this place. The atmosphere was not conducive to good eating. The man who does the cooking came out in a dirty apron. The food is under a heat lamp. My husband and I asked a local where to get good barbecue and he suggested this place. Terrible experience ?

This babrbecue is off the chain. Whenever i come to town this place is a MUST visit. The food is delicious, hot, and fast. My only gripes are1. Baked beans are too sweet2. The sausage link is wack. Its just s regular Bryan smoke sausage no kick very boring. Doesnt even seem like it was on the grill, you should use another brand.3. Yall should open at 11 instead of 12 (lol)

Great food. Ribs do not need sauce. Either come early or be prepared to wait. BEST RIBS EVER

Parking: Parking is on the side of the building. Since this is a gas station the ⛽ are for people getting food. I do not recall seeing handicap parking
