Wasted a trip out when it was already closed at 7pm on Monday, despite both their Google page and mobile app saying it closes at 8pm.

This is to management: My first time ever at this location. I was given a gift card so today I went there. Upon entering I noticed about 5 people waiting for their food. It was only one member of the staff working. He was the cashier and the person making the sandwiches. Everyone there was pretty much in a frustrated mood pacing back and forth outside and back in waiting on their orders. One customer just got frustrated and left because his order was wrong after waiting. I can only imagine the male employee stress level having to juggle 2 positions and during lunch hr downtown and to deal with the frustration from waiting customers! My sandwich was fresh and I enjoyed it no complaints there! But most people have either 30 mins or 1hr for lunch. It took me 30 mins from the time of placing my order and receiving my order. The employee definitely should not have been doing both jobs alone. I dont know if its like this at this location everyday but I will not be going back on my lunch hour at least. Please get more people on staff to accommodate the customers that come to your establishment to create a better experience for all customers. No one wants to spend their entire lunch or half of their lunch getting a meal. #this ismytwocents

Overpriced and mediocre (at best) offerings
Nothing incredible other than service and QUALITY of Food. According to staff GOOGLE has incorrect hours, I drove for an hour away and the team was closing an hour before published time and they were INCREDIBLE enough to ensure they accommodated my Last minute order. THANK YOU TEAM.

This location is never opened, Google will tell you the regular business hours and no one would be in the store. You can’t call or place an order online. This establishment needs to be closed if it can’t be staffed correctly to correspond with regular business hours.

The hours are not right! Drove out of the way because according to Google the location would be open and it is not. The owner has no care for the people wanting to patronize this location. At least the Flowood location tells you when they’ll be open. If this location was not attached to a medical building, I wish someone would burn it down. It would make more sense as a fire pit than an operational business. Disgusted
I ordered food from the app while I was traveling today and when I got to the store, 30 minutes after they should have opened at 11am, there was no one in sight. The door was locked and I knocked thinking maybe there was someone in the back but there was no one. Since I am headed to an event, I didn’t have time to stop again for food. I called the store multiple times and also left a message with corporate. Really disappointed in this experience!

I work near this location and have been multiple times on my lunch break. The food is always great, but the service is not. There is always one guy that must be the manager, and is very pleasant. Then, there are two others, one male and one female, who are not so pleasant. The female is the absolute worse person I think I've ever encountered. She put my sandwich on the counter as she finished making it, to which I replied "thank you. May I please have a few packets of mustard?" She then rolled her eyes and mumbled something to herself, then looks at me with disgust and says "how many you want?" So I said two is fine. She gave me mayonnaise instead of mustard, but I was afraid to say anything else to her. Sadly, I won't be back after today's interaction.

This place continues to get worse. Needs to go ahead and close. Employees can’t use the computer and continue get orders wrong!
I love a good Jimmy John sandwich but I’ve had poor service and the sandwich makers are rude. I will not be going back to this location. I’ve had poor customer experience twice. Never had to work in fast food but why would you still be working on a catered meal at lunch time and have all staff working on the order. The guy got an attitude with me when he has poor time management and management skills.
