Don't pay the reservation to book the deposit, & don't order the crab beignets. They're not beignets. Overall 7/10, but I won't be back.

Opentable Diner

First off, we reserved a table for $20. When we get there, there was enough seating to sit a congregation. Nobody was there to greet us when we got there. So I go back outside to ask the security what to do, he said go ask the bartender. When I told the bartender we had reservations, he said sit anywhere you want. So I paid $20 for nothing. I'm thinking well maybe they'll put the $20 towards my food, NOT!!! To top the night off, the food was terrible. $164 wasted. If it wasn't for the politeness of our waitress, this place would get 0 stars!

I came out that night to celebrate my Founders' Day with Sisters. I reserved a table not knowing my committee chair had already reserved in the name of our chapter Rho Lambda Omega. We spoke with the restaurant and was told we would have to get that second reservation of 20.00 back from this website. The food was just mediocre, and I was charged an overhead fee when the place had open tables all around me, and based on the time we came, were not charging other people to come in. It was very unnecessary to even reserve a table. My husband came with me to have some intimate time before the sisters came, went to the bathroom and they didn't even have a toilet. Lastly, the bill was as if I'd gone out to a fine dining restaurant, the food we received was NOT worth the price I paid.

Johnny T'S is a very nice place to dine, the atmosphere is very pleasant with a patio on the back. The food is off the chain it's so good especially the Cajun Seafood Pasta and the fried Broccoli. As a matter of fact everything I've eaten there is delicious. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend this place to anyone that willing to find a nice restaurant. Oh did I mention that they have an upstairs bar and dining area also.

Prior to going, my husband and I made reservations for 6:45 and made it around 6:30. We were approached by a guy and he stated to sit anywhere. So I went to a table that was reserved, that we paid 10.00 for reservations for and he advised us that we couldn't sit there to find another table. We sat there for 15 to 20 mins and was not waited on, so we ended up leaving. Poor customer service would not recommend.

1)Disappointed to find out that the $5 deposit per person to make the reservation for dinner at the restaurant was not offset by the in restaurant cost of the individual meals. This is not in line with reservations made at other restaurants. Quality of the food doesn't justify it. 2) My meal consisted of roasted hard to eat broccoli, glazed sweet potatoes fries and fried catfish strips. The prices on the website and the printed menu suggest that fresh, and in some cases, farm-to-table items should have been available. Mississippi is a leading catfish farming state, after all. 3) Our table members remained cold throughout the dinner experience due to an overhead fan blowing air directly on us and it could not be turned off. 4) However, the security was great. 5) This was my first experience at the restaurant. I won't be returning nor will others from my table.

The food was not good we had a group of four two people ordered appetizers the other two ordered entrees and we waited an hour and a half to get our food all because the cook/chef said he was aggravated and upset and gave our food to the wrong customers they charged me 12.00 dollars for about 4 shrimp in a Alfredo dish that had chicken that was over cooked would not recommend oh and plus we made reservations that they act like they did not know about

Wait time for a table was a bit long to have reservations, but however I enjoyed my first experience will return .

Reserved table was perfect. Around a vast majority but still felt very much secluded. Despite busy crowd, service was still fast. Food and drinks, always fresh and delicious! 10/10! Will be back soon!

The food is delicious. I had the catfish and Seafood Beignets and it was enough to share between me and my husband. The DJ played good music and the drinks were just what we needed. Can't wait to go back.

Awesome spot for a late dinner! We had a party of 5. We had drinks, apps, and dinner. Everything was AMAZING! The Red Fish was cooked perfectly! The New York Strip was tender and perfectly medium rare with garlic butter! The Cajun Shrimp Pasta was saucy and spiced just right with big shrimps and andouille sausage!

The service was great! Our waitress was attentive and friendly, and the owner madensurenwenhad everything we needed!

I'll definitely be back! Don't sleep on this place! Also, perfect for a date night if you're near downtown!
