Where do I begin? This place was my lifeline for the past 60 days. We had a child in the children’s of Mississippi hospital, and every morning they were open I would stop by and order a drip coffee and a pastry. The pastries are top tier, better than I’ve had in some renowned places. Guillermo is a true artist in every sense of the word, and it comes through in his pastries, as well as anything else he creates! Tessa is always smiling, helpful and invested. I ordered a birthday cake for my wife for her 30th. I left it up to Chef's choice for the flavors. Oh man. Did he come through! I don't even like cake all that much. After trying some initially, this was one of the first times I have ever actually craved another piece of cake! My wife and family were blown away! And not only that, it was beautifully crafted and looked amazing. Seriously. I don't really ever write reviews but this one kinda deserved it. Awesome place.

We love Just Vanilla Bakes! Truly some of the best croissants and bakes goods I have ever had. We were also recently able to have them cater an event for work. The team was so easy to work with to build a breakfast bar that would work well for our event, and everything was beautifully presented and delicious, as per usual. Would highly recommend for a nice treat or any catering needs!

This place is a Jackson treasure. I can’t believe I can get authentic and fresh baked croissants whenever I want. My perfect Saturday morning includes going to the farmer’s market (they have a stand there), and grabbing a couple of their savory croissants to take home with my veggies. It’s like I’m living in a Nancy Myers movie. The staff is so kind. The owners are there everyday. Good people, good place.

Guillermo and staff at Just Vnilla are not just bakers. They are artists too. I ordered a Picasso design cake for an artist friends’ birthday which would have been a difficult request. I was overwhelmed at the perfection and beauty of the cake and then the taste!! It tasted as great as it looked with layers of cake,creaminess and fruits.
