Keifer’s is hands down my favorite spot for comfort food! Every time I visit, I’m reminded of why I keep coming back. The food is absolutely amazing—warm, hearty, and full of flavor. I ordered the gyro and pitamuss, and it was everything I needed to feel comforted and satisfied.
The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, making it the perfect place to unwind with great food. The staff is always friendly and goes above and beyond to ensure a wonderful dining experience.

We have been customers at Keifers since the 90s but today's experience was terrible due to a bad waitress and a poor cook. Our food was late and cold because she left it waiting too long. She forgot items on our order and we had to keep asking her to go back to get things.. when we checked out I realized that the reason for her forgetfulness was because she was playing with her cell phone. The cottage fries were severly over cooked which made a bad experience worse. Time is precious when people are on their lunch breaks but it's obvious that some of the staff are unconcerned. Do better Keifers on Poplar. We never have this problem when we visit the Keifers on Congress.

10/10 would never come here again. I order a Greek salad with added chicken. Anyone who has tasted real Mediterranean food knows this is awful in comparison. Chicken was rubber, vegetables were not fresh (might’ve been frozen), goat cheese was not crumbled (served in a flat rectangular chunk); not even the slightest bit of love or effort put into this food. It’s all just a bunch of pre-made bs.
Such a bad felafel pita wrap! Travelled all the way from Monroe for this ? the falafels tasted so off. We make better ones at home. ??♀️ hummus was good though

I got the Turkey Melt and my daughter got the Chicken gyro, and we split fries. All of it was delicious
Great service. The salad I ordered was not that good. Salad dressing was a packet of Kraft dressing. Should have ordered a gyro.

This place was busy but we managed to get a seat. Food was amazing and the server was great! We had just been driving through and happened to find this place. Will be eating here when we are driving through in the future.

Same table each time. Walk in and take a seat. None of that nonsense of waiting to be seated. I am a habitual offender of always getting the chicken gyro, cottage fries, feta dressing, and unsweet tea. It's my habit, and I own it. You just can't go wrong. Did I mention the service is fabulous?
